用统计学的方法对比了不同拉伸速度对卷烟纸纵向抗张强度和伸长率的检测结果。结果表明,在拉伸速度分别为15,17,20,22,25 mm/min时,各试验组内检测结果无显著性差异,稳定性均较好;在拉伸速度为15~25 mm/min,不同的拉伸速度对卷烟纸纵向抗张强度检测结果无显著性影响,一致性较好;不同的拉伸速度将会对卷烟纸伸长率检测结果产生显著性影响,应在检测报告中注明拉伸速度;若要保证检测结果的一致性,应选择能使检测结果无显著性差异的拉伸速度进行检测。  相似文献

Bomsster is a key load-bearing part of railway lorry bogie.Because of its inherent defects casting-steel bomsster could not meet the demands of the heavy load,acceleration and security for lorry.So forging process is proposed to form it.The forming performance of forging-steel bomsster is analyzed.A forging technology is presented which realizes two forging-steel bomsster parts formed in one die.With the plastic forming simulation software DEFORM-3D,the simulation and optimization of the forming process of forging bomsster has been taken based on 3D rigid visco-plastic FEM theory.Optimized scheme has been used to direct the pilot product.The results of product's testing and application suggest that the new forging technology is feasible and the performance of the product is credibility and stabilization.The factory has realized large scale production of a series of forging-steel bomsster.Remarkable benefits of both economy and society have been achieved.  相似文献

In this pager, four full-scale corner joint assemblies of reinforced concrete frame beam and column with different detail structure are tested under low cycle loading, The process of damage development and the characteristics of break of the assemblies in the course of alternately increasing positive and negative bending deformation are learned Strength, stiffness and ductility of assemblies and the various regulations of energy consumption are also studied. Compared with these properties, the anti-seismic behavior is tentatively commented. 为了选择一种省时省力、简单有效的皱边石杉内生真菌菌丝体总DNA提取方法,采用氯化苄法提取其总DNA,对比研究石英砂研磨与超声波振荡2种破壁方式对其DNA的提取效能。结果表明,采用石英砂研磨法提取的DNA,其点样孔附近残余杂质较多、拖尾现象严重;超声波破壁法提取的DNA质量总体较好,DNA条带在23.1 kb处集中,多糖、蛋白质等杂质污染少,拖尾现象轻微。比较而言,超声波破壁法可快捷、高效提取皱边石杉内生真菌菌丝体DNA,适于植物内生真菌DNA大规模快速提取,尤其对质地坚硬的菌落较石英砂研磨更有效。提取的DNA经琼脂糖凝胶电泳、ITS序列扩增,表明超声波破壁法提取的DNA与石英砂研磨法一样,均可获得良好的PCR扩增结果。  相似文献

以藁城、黄骅、沾化冬枣为试材,研究了不同产地冬枣采后贮藏过程中的品质变化.试验结果表明,藁城、黄骅、沾化冬枣的冰点分别为-3.5℃、-4.2℃、-3.9℃;在0℃贮藏条件下,随着贮藏时间的延长,不同产地冬枣硬度均随着贮藏期的延长而下降,VC含量逐渐减少,可滴定酸含量在贮藏过程中整体上呈下降趋势,沾化冬枣酸含量最高,藁城冬枣还原糖含量最小,在贮藏过程中变化较大.贮藏结束后各地冬枣硬度差异极显著(P<0.01),VC含量差异显著(0.01<P<0.05),可滴定酸含量差异极显著(P<0.01),还原糖含量差异极显著(P<0.01);黄骅地区土壤中平衡的氮、磷、钾配比,适宜的气候条件,导致黄骅冬枣耐贮性优于藁城、沾化冬枣.  相似文献

Considering the large negative bending moment at the end of frame beam and low tensile strength of concrete,a new composite steel-concrete frame beam(CSCFB),reinforced by a T shape steel beam at the negative bending regions,was brought forward.Through two full-scale of single-layer CSCFB frame models experiment,the load-displacement curves of CSCFB and strain distribution at cross section were obtained.Compared with the ordinary composite beam,the T shape reinforcing section can enhance the beam stiffness effectively,and make it distribute reasonably.The segment flexural rigidity method is presented and validated.  相似文献

A finite element model based on the flexibility method and a fiber section model of nonlinear beam column elements was adopted within the OpenSees framework. A typical multistory reinforced concrete 3D frame designed in accordance with the Chinese building code and a representative plane frame parallel to the X axis were used as examples. The relationships of the responses obtained from the plane and 3D models were studied by comparing global and local seismic responses of the frame, and by taking the responses of the 3D model under unidirectional earthquake action as a medium for comparison. Because the results show the global responses of the plane model are similar to those of the 3D model, it is reasonable to replace the 3D model with the plane model when examining global seismic responses. The local responses are evidently different. For the plane model under unidirectional action, numerous plastic hinges develop at the beam ends. Many more plastic hinges at column ends exist than in beams for the 3D model under bi directional action. Column ductility demands obviously exceed those of beams. The frame tends to develop a column sway mechanism, implying that simplified plane analysis model significantly underestimates the seismic responses of the 3D frame column.  相似文献

A failure investigation is conducted on the upset bending equipment of a heavy crankshaft with continuous grain flow which is broken in the first use after the crankshaft flange is modified to deform in the die cavity. The forging process of the heavy crankshaft is simulated using the DEFORM 3D software, through which the forming load and die filling are calculated. Using the I Dears software, the structural strength calculation for the upset bending equipment is performed. The stress field and displacement in the equipment are obtained. The failure analysis of the die base is accomplished. The analysis results show that the practical crack location and orientation in the die base are consistent with those in the structural strength calculation.  相似文献

The simplified mechanical model was proposed for frame supported multi ribbed composite wall beam. And the internal force of joist was calculated with the method of beam on the elastic foundation which takes the horizontal friction resistance into consideration. Moreover, a comparative analysis was employed with FEA program. It was found that it was necessary to consider the interfacial shearing force between wall and joist for the frame supported multi ribbed composite wall beam, otherwise, the performance of the composite would not exhibited sufficiently and the calculation error would be large.  相似文献

According to the structural features of three main trusses continuous plate truss composite bridge, two composite beam methods are presented by constructing the displacement mode of composite beam elements and deriving the stiffness matrix of composite beam elements. The characteristic of composite beam method one is that the bridge slab is taken as the top flange of the chord of main truss and combined with the chord of main truss to form a steel concrete composite beam; the characteristic of composite beam method two is that the bridge slab is taken as the top flange of longitudinal and traverse beam and form a steel concrete composite beam with longitudinal and traverse beams. And as for the conventional plate beam composite method, the slab is characterized by forming bridge slab system with continuous isotropic sheets and longitudinal and traverse beams to bear load. Also, the comparison between theoretical results and experimental ones verifies the effectiveness of the above three methods.  相似文献

Three models of 3D cast-in-place RC frame structures are simulated in ABAQUS. In the three models, one represents the actual RC frame structure with monolithic slab, one represents the open frame structure used in structural design currently, which means truss structure at the stage of calculating internal forces of frame beams and columns, and the third one represents the open frame structure which takes into account some slab reinforcement in the rectangle section of frame beam to consider the slab participation in the flexural capacity of frame beam. By investigating the failure mode of these three models, the development of plastic hinges, the reinforcement stress of beam, column and slab in the models, the influence of monolithic slab to the bending resistance of beam end is studied. It shows that the existence of slab makes the failure mode of actual RC frame structure different from the design criteria of strong column weak beam. It also indicates that the slab participation in the bending resistance of beam end is not only expressed in the slab reinforcement but also in the structure integral performance. Besides, when using the effective flange width to consider the slab reinforcement participation, the structure integral performance, lateral displacement and other relevant factors should be taken into account.  相似文献

The processing characteristics of the front bumper bracket are analyzed,and a reasonable process scheme is worked out.The three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software PAM-STAMP are adopted to simulate the bracket's drawing process.Then the surface of die is proved fine through analyzing the FLD diagrams and the forming results.An economical and optimized die structure is decided,and a complete set of dies of the bracket is designed.The spacing block is added in the sizing mold,which control the size precision of end products and assembling columns actively,and finally the certified products.The material utility and the labor productivity are raised,the production cost is saved,and the mold design quality and the efficiency are improved effectively.  相似文献

In order to analyze the seismic behavior of widened beam flange joints, 16 specimens were derived from finite element models base on experiments. The effects of some parameters, such as the increased width and length, on ultimate load and ductility performance of joints were further discussed with ANSYS finite element method. According to specimen failure phenomenon of both experiment and finite element method, the weak link of the joints was found and the cracking possibility was evaluated. A theoretical analysis of the fracture mechanism of widened beam flange connection was conducted. In addition, design method of widened beam flange parameters was introduced, which will offer valuable information and reference for seismic design in steel frame joints.  相似文献

Based on an analysis of the current die design situation, the numerical simulation software Dynaform was applied to die development. In a compacting spring bracket project, the finite element method and shape forming technology were used to simulate and validate the pressing and forming processes. Top to bottom technology of Pro/Engineering next was adopted to design the die. To investigate the mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete structure subjected to fire, the incremental thermo elastic plastic creep constitutive equations of steel and concrete in consideration of temperature and creep deformation were obtained based on different yield rules and the elastic plastic theories. The nonlinear analysis for reinforced concrete simply supported slab was carried out with consideration the variation of the mechanical properties of steel and concrete with temperature. The effectiveness and applicability of the constitutive equations were verified with the test results from relevant literature. The nonlinear analysis was employed for one bay one storey reinforced concrete frame under fire and the variation of displacement at partial nodes was analysed. It was found that the reinforced concrete structure at a high temperature would have a significant deformation. And the displacement change curves of beam column joints of reinforced concrete frame were not monotonous trend and there were inflexion points. The vertical displacement values of beam column joints were less than those at midspan of cross beam.  相似文献

The secondary moment of prestressed concrete frame is different from that of continuous beam. In this paper,the principle and calculation method of equivalent load secondary moment and axial secondary moment are discussed,and the infection of secondary moment in moment modulation is analyzed,together with the suggestions of moment modulation for prestressed concrete frame with adopting the total control. By the experimental study on a full-dimensioned prestressed frame of two spans, the relative factors are analyzed such as relative height of equivalent compression zone in critical section, secondary moment, ratio of beam rigidity to column and development of cracks in the top of columns etc., which influence the moment distribution of the post-tensioned prestressed concrete frame from the side of internal force redistribution. It is believed that that the factors of relative height of concrete equivalent compression zone and secondary moment influence the moment modulation in most degree, and ratio of column rigidity to beam also plays a part in the moment modulation to some extent. Second, the plastic joints of frame with excessive spans exit in the span which endure the whole load, at last the whole frame is destroyed because of the destruction of the loading frame, the influence to the non-loading span is little.  相似文献
