The aim of this investigation was to study the effect of K-diformate on the intraluminal pH, microbial composition in digesta and feces, organic acids along the digestive tract, and alterations of the gastric epithelium of pigs. Pigs (n = 36) weaned at 28 d of age were allotted to two groups and fed without (control diet) or with 1.8% supplemental K-diformate. Fecal samples were taken from the rectum on d 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, and 28 postweaning. Half of the animals from each group were killed on d 7 and the other half on d 29 postweaning. Growth performance was not different for both groups (P > or = 0.73). The gastric epithelium was not negatively affected by K-diformate (P = 0.25). Potassium-diformate decreased (P < or = 0.04) or tended to decrease (P < or = 0.10) the counts of total anaerobic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and yeasts in feces and digesta samples from the stomach, distal small intestine, cecum, and middle segment of the colon. The pH along the gastrointestinal tract of piglets was not affected by K-diformate (P > or = 0.30). On d 7, the concentration of lactic acid along the gastrointestinal tract was similar with both diets (P = 0.15). On d 29, the concentrations of lactic acid tended to be lower along the small intestine (P < or = 0.08) and the stomach (P = 0.11) of the pigs fed K-diformate. Formic acid in digesta was detected at significant levels only in the distal segment of the small intestine of the control pigs (from 4 to 11 mmol/kg of wet digesta), whereas considerable amounts were measured in the stomach (from 23 to 40 mmol/kg of wet digesta) and all segments of the small intestine (from 7 to 25 mmol/kg of wet digesta) in the K-diformate-fed pigs on both days. On d 7, pigs fed the K-diformate diet had a tendency (P < or = 0.08) to have higher concentrations of organic acids (acetic + propionic + butyric) in the digesta of the distal small intestine, cecum, and proximal colon. On d 29, both groups had similar concentrations of these acids, irrespective of the segment of the gastrointestinal tract (P = 0.95). Our study showed that the addition of K-diformate to a starter diet for piglets decreased total anaerobic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, coliforms, and yeasts in feces and in digesta from various segments of the gastrointestinal tract, without affecting the gastric or intestinal pH.  相似文献

Two dietary cation anion difference (CAD) levels (-100 and 200 mEq/kg) and two dietary nonstarch polysaccharide (NSP) levels (10 and 15%) were used in a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement in two randomized blocks (trials) to evaluate performance, digesta pH and buffer capacity, apparent digestibility, plasma composition, and organ weight in pigs. Seven pigs with a mean initial weight of 7.5 kg were used in each treatment. Pigs had free access to feed and water during the 3-wk experimental period. At the end of the experiment, all pigs were killed approximately 2.5 h after addition of fresh feed. Liver, kidneys, and small and large intestine were removed and weighed immediately. Gastric and small intestinal (divided into two equal parts) digesta were collected. Dry matter, pH, buffering capacity, viscosity, acid insoluble ash, mineral content (Na+, K+, and Cl-), nitrogen, and gross energy content (only in the second part of the small intestine) of the digesta were measured. An interaction (P < 0.05) between dietary CAD and dietary NSP was observed for feed intake, growth, apparent digestibility of DM and gross energy in the distal small intestine, and chloride in the stomach and duodeno-jejunal part of the small intestine. Increasing dietary NSP content increased apparent digestibility of DM and chloride in the stomach and increased apparent digestibility of DM, chloride, sodium, and potassium in the first part of the small intestine. Lowering dietary CAD levels significantly increased apparent digestibility of DM in the first part of the small intestine and decreased chloride influx in the stomach and the small intestine. No significant differences were found for pH, buffering capacity, and viscosity of digesta, except the buffering capacity in the second part of the small intestine, which was higher (P < 0.05) in the 200 mEq/kg CAD group than in the -100 CAD mEq/ kg group. Plasma urea decreased in the low dietary CAD groups and plasma ammonia increased in the high NSP groups. Large intestine weight was significantly less for the -100 mEq/kg CAD groups than for the 200 mEq/kg CAD groups. In conclusion, the effect of CAD on feed intake and growth in pigs depends on dietary NSP levels.  相似文献

旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例的黑水虻幼虫粉对育肥猪盲肠食糜主要微生物数量和代谢产物的影响。本试验选取72头130日龄、健康且初始体重相近((76.0±0.56)kg)的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,随机分为3个处理组,每组8个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂含有4%(4%组)和8%(8%组)的黑水虻幼虫粉,通过调整日粮配方,3组日粮的蛋白含量和代谢能一致。于正式试验的第42天,每个重复选取1头体重接近平均体重的猪进行屠宰,取盲肠食糜用于相关指标的测定。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,日粮添加4%的黑水虻幼虫粉显著增加了盲肠食糜BifidobacteriumLactobacillusPrevotellaClostridium cluster IV和Roseburia的数量(P<0.05),而降低了Escherichia coli的数量(P<0.05);日粮添加8%的黑水虻幼虫粉显著增加了PrevotellaBifidobacterium的数量(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,日粮添加4%和8%的黑水虻幼虫粉显著增加了盲肠食糜中乳酸、总短链脂肪酸和乙酸的浓度(P<0.05),同时,日粮添加8%黑水虻幼虫粉还降低了戊酸的浓度(P<0.05);对于氮代谢产物而言,与对照组相比,日粮添加4%的黑水虻幼虫粉显著降低了盲肠食糜中总生物胺、尸胺、腐胺、精胺、对甲酚和苯酚的浓度(P<0.05),而日粮添加8%的黑水虻幼虫粉显著降低了尸胺和苯酚的浓度(P<0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,在日粮中添加4%的黑水虻幼虫粉可增加育肥猪盲肠食糜中部分有益微生物的数量和有益代谢物的浓度,降低潜在致病菌的数量和氮代谢化合物的浓度,表明一定比例的黑水虻幼虫粉可作为优质的蛋白质饲料原料应用于养猪生产中。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the functional location and disappearance of activity of a supplemental Escherichia coli AppA2 phytase and its impact on digesta P and Ca concentrations in the gastrointestinal tract of pigs. In Exp. 1, 18 pigs (8.3 +/- 0.2 kg of BW) were allotted to 3 groups (n = 6 each) and fed a low-P (0.4%) corn-soybean meal, basal diet (BD), BD + phytase [500 units (U)/kg of feed], or BD + inorganic P (iP, 0.1%) for 4 wk. In Exp. 2, 30 pigs (14.5 +/- 0.2 kg of BW) were allotted to 3 groups (n = 10 each) and fed BD, BD + 500 U of phytase/kg of feed, or BD + 2,000 U of phytase/kg of feed for 2 wk. Five or six pigs from each treatment group were killed at the end of both experiments to assay for digesta phytase activity and soluble P concentration in 6 segments of the digestive tract and digesta total P and Ca concentrations in stomach and colon. Compared with pigs fed BD, pigs fed BD + 500 U of phytase/kg of feed in Exp. 1 and BD + 2,000 U of phytase/kg of feed in Exp. 2 had greater (P < 0.05) phytase activities in the digesta of the stomach and upper jejunum (2 m aborally from the duodenum). No phytase activity was detected in the digesta of the lower jejunum (2.12 m cranial to the ileocecal junction) or ileum from any of the treatment groups in either trial. Concentrations of digesta-soluble P peaked in the upper jejunum of pigs fed BD in Exp. 1 and 2, but showed gradual decreases between the stomach and the upper jejunum of pigs fed BD + phytase or BD + iP. In both experiments, pigs fed only BD had greater (P < 0.05) colonic digesta phytase activity and soluble P concentrations than those fed phytase. In Exp. 2, total colonic digesta P or Ca concentrations, or both, of pigs displayed a phytase-dose-dependent reduction (P < 0.05). In conclusion, supplemental dietary AppA2 mainly functioned in the stomach and was associated with a reduced phytase activity in colonic digesta of weanling pigs.  相似文献

Despite quite similar contents of starch and crude fibre of wheat and rye, the unique non-starch-polysaccharide fraction of rye (e.g. high levels of arabinoxylans and fructans) might have an impact on physicochemical properties of the digesta in pigs. Forty pigs (age: 46.8 ± 5.28 days; bodyweight: 16.1 ± 4.13 kg) were divided into four treatment groups. During four weeks, the pigs received diets consisting of wheat and/or rye, barley, soy, potato protein and a mineral supplement. The sum of wheat and rye was 69% in all diets, whereby the compound feed of each group was characterized by a different ratio (%) of wheat/rye (69/0; 46/23; 23/46; 0/69, respectively). In the stomach, ‘doughballs’ occurred more frequently with increasing dietary rye levels (9/10; 69% rye). With higher DM content and extract-viscosity of gastric digesta, the stomach emptying tended to be retarded in rye groups. Compared to the control group (69% wheat), maximum dietary rye levels (69%) resulted in significantly higher concentrations of lactic acid in digesta of the stomach and small intestine. With increasing lactic acid concentrations, the pH tended to be lower in small intestinal digesta. With an intensified formation of lactic acid, effects against Gram-negative bacteria, for example Salmonella, can be expected. Moreover, because of higher viscosity and the retarded stomach emptying, there could be advantages of including rye in compound feeds when a longer lasting satiety is intended, for example when feeding pregnant sows (regularly fed restrictively).  相似文献

Diarrhea incidence in weaned pigs may be associated with the concentration of intestinal microbial metabolites (ammonia, amines, and VFA) that are influenced by dietary CP content. Three experiments were conducted to determine effects of a low-protein, AA-supplemented diet on ileal AA digestibility, growth performance, diarrhea incidence, and concentration of microbial metabolites in ileal and cecal digesta of pigs weaned at 14 d of age. In Exp. 1, 8 pigs fitted with a simple T-cannula at the distal ileum were assigned in a crossover design to 2 diets containing 24 or 20% CP using wheat, corn, full-fat soybeans, whey powder, fish meal, and blood plasma as the main ingredients. Supplemental AA were added to the diets to meet the AA standards according to the 1998 NRC recommendations. Chromic oxide was used as an indigestible marker. Diets were fed at 2.5 times the ME requirement for maintenance. The reduction of dietary CP decreased (P < 0.05) the apparent ileal digestibility of most AA, except Lys, Met, Thr, Val, and Pro. Dietary CP content did not affect the pH of ileal digesta or ileal concentrations of ammonia N, cadaverine, putrescine, or VFA. In Exp. 2, 8 pigs fitted with a simple T-cannula in the cecum were assigned to 2 diets, similar to Exp. 1. Dietary CP content did not affect the pH of cecal digesta. The reduction in CP content decreased (P < 0.05) cecal ammonia N, acetic acid, isobutyric acid, isovaleric acid, total VFA, and putrescine concentrations by 28 to 39%. In Exp. 3, 32 pigs were assigned to 2 diets, similar to Exp. 1, according to a randomized complete block design. Pigs had free access to feed and water. Dietary CP content did not affect growth performance or fecal consistency scores during the 3-wk study, and diarrhea was not observed. The results of these experiments indicate that lowering the dietary CP content combined with supplementation of AA markedly reduced the production of potentially harmful microbial metabolites in cecal digesta of early-weaned pigs without affecting growth performance.  相似文献

In a feeding experiment (54 piglets) and a slaughtering test for the registration of tract and digesta properties (15 piglets) the influence of rations with 69% rye (R) or wheat (W) with and without a supplement of 200 mg of the chinoxalin derivate Bisergon/kg DM (rations RB and WB) was studied. In the sequence R, RB, W and WB the feed intake in the test period of 3 weeks after weaning amounted to 581, 651, 583 and 764 g, weight gain to 314, 365, 319 and 424 g per animal and day. In the same sequence the concentration of organic acids in the stomach amounted to 41, 5, 25 and 18 mmol per 100 g dry matter and in the colon to 106, 83, 64 and 62. Bisergon caused a redistribution of the digesta from the stomach to the large intestine and a more rapid emptying of the stomach as well. Rye caused extreme fermentation processes in the front part of the tract and Bisergon clearly has ergotropic qualities for the stabilization of the intestinal flora.  相似文献

After adaptation to 8 extremely different rations 40 pigs with 108 to 125 kg LW and 6 lactating sows with 183 kg were slaughtered to obtain digesta of the hindgut. From digesta of caecum and three sections of the colon microbial metabolites and in vitro-VFA-production rates were determined. pH-values increased from 5.5 to 6.3 from caecum to the end of colon. VFA-concentrations and -production-rates decreased along the bowel to one third. Highest fermentations came from rations with 50% dried beet pulp. Daily VFA-production per animal were placed between 799 and 3,134 mmol. Concerning VFA-Mol-%, ileal influx of cellulose increased acetate, high intakes raised butyrate and valeriate. By several reasons the IMOTO-method of in vitro-measuring was censured.  相似文献

Hydrolysis of phytate in the stomach and the small intestine as influenced by intrinsic plant (wheat) and supplemented microbial phytase (A. niger) were investigated with six minipigs (40-50 kg initial BW) fitted with re-entrant cannulas in the duodenum, 30 cm posterior to the pylorus (animals 1, 4, 5, and 6) and ileocecal re-entrant cannulas, 5 cm prior the ileocecal junction (animals 1, 2, and 3), respectively. Dietary treatments were as follows: (1) diet 1, a corn-based diet (43 U phytase/kg DM); (2) diet 2, diet 1 supplemented with microbial phytase (818 U/kg DM) and (3) diet 3, a wheat-based diet (1192 U/kg DM). At 0730 and 1930 per animal 350 g diet mixed with 1050 ml de-ionized water were fed. Digesta were collected continuously and completely during 12 h after feeding. In the duodenal digesta, 70% of the microbial phytase (diet 2) and 45% of the wheat phytase (diet 3) were recovered within 12 h after ingestion of the phytases, whereas only negligible amounts were detected in the digesta of pigs fed the phytase-poor corn-based diet 1. Most phytase activity passed through the stomach within the first hour after feeding. Microbial phytase activity at pH 2.8 was less sensitive to acidic pHs, such as those found in the stomach, than phytase activity at pH 5.3. Phytase activities in the digesta of the distal ileum did not depend either on source or amount of dietary phytase activity.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同淀粉类型饲粮对育肥猪盲肠食糜主要微生物及其代谢产物的影响。试验选取72头健康且初始体重相近的“杜×长×大”三元杂交阉公猪,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复3头猪。3组猪分别饲喂含有木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉和豌豆淀粉作为唯一淀粉来源配制的3种饲粮,饲粮的直链淀粉/支链淀粉分别为0.11、0.25和0.44。试验预试期4 d,正试期42 d。于正式试验的第42天,每个重复选取1头体重接近平均体重的猪进行屠宰,收集盲肠食糜进行相关指标的测定。结果表明:1)与木薯淀粉饲粮相比,豌豆淀粉饲粮显著降低育肥猪盲肠食糜的pH(P<0.05);2)与木薯淀粉饲粮相比,玉米淀粉和豌豆淀粉饲粮显著增加育肥猪盲肠食糜中乳酸的含量(P<0.05),同时豌豆淀粉饲粮显著增加食糜中乙酸、丁酸和总短链脂肪酸的含量(P<0.05);3)对于肠道微生物氮代谢产物而言,与木薯淀粉饲粮相比,玉米淀粉和豌豆淀粉饲粮显著降低育肥猪食糜中氨态氮、腐胺、总生物胺、吲哚和粪臭素的含量(P<0.05),同时豌豆淀粉饲粮显著降低食糜中尸胺和色胺的含量(P<0.05);4)对于微生物而言,与木薯淀粉饲粮相比,玉米淀粉和豌豆淀粉饲粮显著增加育肥猪盲肠食糜中普雷沃氏菌属的数量(P<0.05),而降低食糜中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),同时豌豆淀粉饲粮增加了食糜中乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、梭菌Ⅳ和梭菌ⅩⅣ的数量(P<0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,给育肥猪饲喂含有高直链的豌豆淀粉改变了其盲肠食糜中微生物的组成和发酵模式,增加了部分有益菌的数量和碳水化合物代谢产物的含量,降低了潜在致病菌的数量和氮代谢产物的含量,这提示摄食含有高直链的淀粉有利于维持宿主肠道健康。  相似文献

Sixteen male growing pigs of about 24 kg BW were fitted with both a duodenal re-entrant and a post-valve T-shaped cannula inserted in the caecum. The animals were divided into four groups. Each group received one of the following diets: corn starch-soybean protein isolate-based diet without (diet C) and with carboxymethylcellulose (diet CMC) or a rye-wheat-based diet without (diet RW) and with xylanase addition (diet RWX). The diets provided similar levels of apparent precaecal digestible crude protein (CP), lysine, methionine + cystine, threonine and tryptophan. Additionally, [15N]-yeast was given with the diets during the first 10 days of the experiment. For estimation of digesta viscosity, N-flow of dietary and endogenous origin, apparent precaecal digestibilities of dry matter (DM), CP, amino acids and non starch polysaccharides (NSP) (only in pigs fed diets RW and RWX), ileal and duodenal digesta were quantitatively collected on day 16 and 17, respectively. The endogenous N-proportion was measured by the ratio of 15N enrichment in the digesta and urine. The duodenal and ileal digesta supernatant viscosity increased as carboxymethylcellulose was included into the diet. Xylanase addition to the rye-wheat based diet reduced the viscosity in the ileal digesta. There were no differences in precaecal digestibilities of DM, CP and amino acids between diet C and CMC. The precaecal digestibilities of DM and soluble and insoluble NSP increased from 69.5% to 73.9%, from 1.3% to 47.9% and from 17.0% to 35.4%, respectively, as xylanase was added to the rye-wheat-based diet. The apparent precaecal digestibility of most essential amino acids increased by 2 to 5 percent units. The amounts of endogenous N at the duodenal level were estimated to be 158, 233, 313 and 276 mg per 12 h per kg0.75 BW of pigs fed diets C, CMC, RW and RWX, respectively. The corresponding values at the ileal level were 95, 107, 164 and 150 mg per 12 h per kg0.75 BW. For endogenous N amounts, significant differences were observed between diets C and CMC (duodenum) and also between semi-purified and cereal-based diets (duodenum and ileum). Methodological aspects for the estimation of endogenous N using the isotope dilution technique are discussed. Obviously, the digesta viscosity per se does not affect the nutrient absorption and endogenous N flow within the small intestine of pigs. Other properties of complex dietary fibre, digesta passage rate or bacterial activity probably contribute to the observed changes.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to explore production of seven biogenic amines (phenylethylamine, histamine, cadaverine, tyramine, putrescine, spermine and/or spermidine) by selected staphylococci and enterococci. Thirty three enterococcal strains isolated from rabbit meat (Oryctolagus cuniculus f. domesticus) and 21 staphylococcal strains isolated from intestinal content of trout (Salmo trutta morpha fario) were tested. Production of biogenic amines was evaluated after cultivation of the tested microorganisms in the de Man, Rogosa and Sharpe Broth (enterococci) or in the Brain Heart Infusion Broth (staphylococci). Both the above cultivation media were enriched with selected amino acids (histidine, tyrosine, arginine, ornithine and lysine; 2g/L each) serving as precursors of biogenic amines. After cultivation, levels of the monitored biogenic amines in broths were analysed by a high performance liquid chromatography equipped with a UV/VIS DAD detector. Among 21 staphylococci, 18 strains produced tyramine or cadaverine, 13 strains formed putrescine or phenylethylamine and only one strain generated histamine. Two staphylococcal strains produced cadaverine levels above 1000mg/L. Among 33 enterococcal strains, 27 formed cadaverine, 18 strains produced tyramine, 10 strains generated phenylethylamine, and 2 strains gave putrescine. Most of the tyramine producing enterococci generated more than 1000mg/L of this biogenic amine. Production of spermine or spermidine by the studied strains was not proved.  相似文献

【目的】通过研究柑橘提取物对肥育猪后肠食糜蛋白质代谢产物的影响,旨在为柑橘提取物从源头调控臭气的产生提供依据。【方法】选取108头56日龄(19.73±0.39)kg杜×长×大猪,公母各半,随机分为3组,每组分6栏,每栏6头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加75 g/t金霉素,柑橘提取物组在基础饲粮中添加柑橘提取物(56~112日龄添加250 mL/t柑橘提取物,113~194日龄添加200 mL/t柑橘提取物)。194日龄时收集肥育猪盲肠和结肠食糜,测定食糜中游离氨基酸、酚和吲哚类物质、生物胺的含量。【结果】(1)在盲肠食糜中,与对照组相比,柑橘提取物组和抗生素组牛磺酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、吲哚和甲胺含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,柑橘提取物有降低苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、瓜氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸和粪臭素含量的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10),苯酚、腐胺、酪胺和精胺含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与抗生素组相比,柑橘提取物组腐胺和酪胺含量均显著减少(P<0.05)。(2)在结肠食糜中,与对照...  相似文献

Nine growing pigs (10–40 kg) were cannulated either in the duodenum or ileum or caecum and fed a dry-milk powder diet. These pigs were used as donors of fresh intestinal contents for short (4 h) incubation experiments. From the incubations of duodenal contents, it appeared that the bacterial activity was not important. In consequence, the antibiotic effects of Virginiamycin and Spiramycin were also negligible. During incubations of ileal contents, eventually supplemented with free amino acids, on the other hand, 20–30% of the amino acids were degraded by the flora either by deamination, with formation of ammonia, or by decarboxylation with formation of amines: histamine, putrescine, cadaverine, tyramine, phenylethylamine. Cadaverine, the decarboxylation product of lysine, was the most important amine detected. Both processes were severely decreased when the antibacterials Virginiamycin (50 p.p.m.), Spiramycin (50 p.p.m.), Carbadox (50 p.p.m.) and copper sulphate (200 p.p.m.) were present during the incubation of the ileal contents. The fermentation of caecal contents was characterized by a pronounced production of ammonia, slightly inhibited by Virginiamycin and Spiramycin.Testing the amino acid decarboxylation activity of the dominant flora (E. coli, S. faecalis, L. acidophilus and L. fermenti) in the small intestine of the pig, it was found that E. coli is the main producer of amines in the small intestine of pigs.We conclude that the gut flora of pigs has a measurable negative influence on protein digestion in the small intestine and that this effect can be overcome by feeding nutritional antibacterials.  相似文献

试验旨在研究二甲酸钾和黄霉素对仔猪生产性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响。试验采用2×2因子设计,二甲酸钾(0和0.6%)与黄霉素(0和25 m g/kg)为2个主效应。试验结果表明:在基础日粮中分别添加二甲酸钾和黄霉素时,仔猪断奶后0-28 d的平均日增重从345 g分别增加到383 g和392 g。日粮中添加0.6%的二甲酸钾,显著降低了胃中乳酸杆菌的数量(P=0.005),以及胃、空肠和结肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。添加黄霉素显著减少了胃、回肠和结肠乳酸杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。添加二甲酸钾使胃中食糜的pH值大幅降低。本研究表明二甲酸钾的促生长效果和黄霉素相当,并且可以和黄霉素有效配伍;二甲酸钾抑制了肠道微生物的生长和代谢活性,降低了胃中食糜的pH值。  相似文献

以三元杂种猪为对照,研究了东北民猪在3种NDF水平(0、10、20%)下消化道形态及后肠内容物鲜重的变化。试验从活重30千克开始,80千克结束时,每组在最后一次给食后的2、4、8、12或16小时随机屠宰2头。电击晕死后立即开膛取出内脏,分为胃、小肠、盲肠和结肠4段进行测量。结果表明猪对饲粮纤维含量的增加从胃肠道形态上发生明显的适应性变化,消化道长度、鲜重增加,尤其结肠长度增加明显,胃、小肠和结肠的鲜重显著地高于基础饲粮组。民猪胃重和结肠鲜重及长度的增加比对照杂种猪明显,消化道总鲜重及其占空体重的比例显著地高于对照杂种猪。随NDF水平的提高,大肠内容物鲜重明显增加,其中民猪更为突出,后肠是吸收水分的主要场所。  相似文献

In theory, supplementing xylanase in corn-based swine diets should improve nutrient and energy digestibility and fiber fermentability, but its efficacy is inconsistent. The experimental objective was to investigate the impact of xylanase on energy and nutrient digestibility, digesta viscosity, and fermentation when pigs are fed a diet high in insoluble fiber (>20% neutral detergent fiber; NDF) and given a 46-d dietary adaptation period. A total of 3 replicates of 20 growing gilts were blocked by initial body weight, individually housed, and assigned to 1 of 4 dietary treatments: a low-fiber control (LF) with 7.5% NDF, a 30% corn bran high-fiber control (HF; 21.9% NDF), HF + 100 mg xylanase/kg (HF + XY [Econase XT 25P; AB Vista, Marlborough, UK]) providing 16,000 birch xylan units/kg; and HF + 50 mg arabinoxylan-oligosaccharide (AXOS) product/kg (HF + AX [XOS 35A; Shandong Longlive Biotechnology, Shandong, China]) providing AXOS with 3–7 degrees of polymerization. Gilts were allowed ad libitum access to fed for 36-d. On d 36, pigs were housed in metabolism crates for a 10-d period, limit fed, and feces were collected. On d 46, pigs were euthanized and ileal, cecal, and colonic digesta were collected. Data were analyzed as a linear mixed model with block and replication as random effects, and treatment as a fixed effect. Compared with LF, HF reduced the apparent ileal digestibility (AID), apparent cecal digestibility (ACED), apparent colonic digestibility (ACOD), and apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of dry matter (DM), gross energy (GE), crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF), NDF, and hemicellulose (P < 0.01). Relative to HF, HF + XY improved the AID of GE, CP, and NDF (P < 0.05), and improved the ACED, ACOD, and ATTD of DM, GE, CP, NDF, ADF, and hemicellulose (P < 0.05). Among treatments, pigs fed HF had increased hindgut DM disappearance (P = 0.031). Relative to HF, HF + XY improved cecal disappearance of DM (162 vs. 98 g; P = 0.008) and NDF (44 vs. 13 g; P < 0.01). Pigs fed xylanase had a greater proportion of acetate in cecal digesta and butyrate in colonic digesta among treatments (P < 0.05). Compared with LF, HF increased ileal, cecal, and colonic viscosity, but HF + XY decreased ileal viscosity compared with HF (P < 0.001). In conclusion, increased insoluble corn-based fiber decreases digestibility, reduces cecal fermentation, and increases digesta viscosity, but supplementing xylanase partially mitigated that effect.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the production of the vasoactive amines, histamine and tyramine, and of other biogenic amines (putrescine, cadaverine, spermidine, and spermine) during the ripening of pecorino Carmasciano cheese, a traditional Italian cheese produced with raw sheep milk. Vasoactive amines, which may pose health risks for consumers, showed relatively low levels near the end of Carmasciano ripening (136.41 mg/kg tyramine and 65.5 mg/kg histamine). The other biogenic amines were also detected and showed increasing levels with time. Results demonstrated that the concentrations of the vasoactive amines were always below the limits established for other foods. However, the data concerning raw materials and the increasing trend of certain biogenic amines highlight the need to control indigenous bacterial populations responsible for amine production, including the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices and adequate training of staff.

食糜样本中11种生物胺同步检测方法的建立   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
旨在建立一种利用液质联用(liquid chromatography mass spectrometry,LC-MS)技术实现对猪肠道食糜中多种生物胺进行同步检测的方法。试验首先优化了丹磺酰氯(dansyl chloride,DNS)对生物胺的衍生条件,并进一步确定了肠道食糜样品中生物胺的最佳净化方法。结果显示,衍生条件在衍生剂浓度为8 mg·mL-1,衍生温度为40℃的条件下,衍生90 min为最佳。生物胺净化方法确定为先用乙酸乙酯进行提取,衍生结束后再用乙酸乙酯进行萃取的组合方式提取生物胺的效果最好;11种生物胺在5~1 000 μg·L-1的质量浓度范围内定量结果呈良好的线性关系(R2>0.99),检出限和定量限分别为0.01~0.23 μg·L-1和0.03~0.76 μg·L-1;各生物胺的日内相对标准偏差在0.73%~ 7.92%,日间相对标准偏差在0.07%~8.67%。最后采用本方法对仔猪回肠、盲肠、结肠和直肠食糜样品中的生物胺进行检测,初步确定了11种生物胺在不同肠段食糜中的含量分布。通过对仔猪回肠、盲肠、结肠和直肠中的食糜样品进行检测,发现食糜中的生物胺主要为亚精胺、腐胺、尸胺、精胺和组胺,而酪胺、1,7-二氨基庚烷、5-羟色胺和胍基丁胺4种生物胺含量较少,色胺和苯乙胺未检出。综上所述,本试验建立的方法具有结果准确、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点,可用于仔猪不同肠道段食糜中多种生物胺的同步检测。  相似文献

Hydrolysis of phytate in the stomach and the small intestine as influenced by intrinsic plant (wheat) and supplemented microbial phytase (Aspergillus niger) were investigated with six minipigs (40-50 kg initial body weight) fitted with re-entrant cannulas in the duodenum, 30 cm posterior to the pylorus (animals 1, 4, 5 and 6) and ileocecal re-entrant cannulas, 5 cm prior the ileocecal junction (animals 1, 2 and 3), respectively. Dietary treatments were as follows: (1) diet 1, a corn-based diet [43 U phytase/kg dry matter (DM)]; (2) diet 2, diet 1 supplemented with microbial phytase (818 U/kg DM); and (3) diet 3, a wheat-based diet (1192 U/kg DM). At 07 30 h and 19 30 h, each animal was fed 350 g diet mixed with 1050 ml de-ionized water. Digesta were collected continuously and completely during a 12-h period after feeding. Mean hydrolysis rates of IP6 in the stomach as measured at the proximal duodenum of animals 1, 4, 5 and 6 were 9.0, 77.2 and 66.2% for diet 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Microbial phytase was much more effective in phytate hydrolysis than wheat phytase. Mean IP6 hydrolysis rates of the respective diets in the stomach and small intestine as measured at the distal ileum of animals 1, 2 and 3 were 19.0, 62.6 and 64.6% and were lower than treatment means of the stomach only. Differences existed between experimental animals with respect to their ability to hydrolyse IP6 in the stomach independent of the presence and source of dietary phytase. Considerable amounts of hydrolysis products occurred in both the duodenal and ileal digesta when diets 2 and 3 were fed; however, only traces were determined after ingestion of diet 1. Independent of dietary treatment, four IP5 isomers were detected, but in different amounts.  相似文献
