用6头约克夏和10头汉普夏、杜洛克、丹麦伦德瑞斯共36头小公猪,在其20—100kg 生长阶段内分期进行氮—碳平衔试验和呼吸测热试验各180头次。结果表明,生长公猪每千克代谢体重(W~(0.75))所需的维持能量与体重的一定的幂的倒数成比例。当代谢能转化为体蛋白质能和体脂肪能的效率[k_p和k_f]为0.60和0.80,0.68和0.75,0.56和0.74时,每千克代谢体重所需的维持能量分别为1131W~(-0.20),1307W~(-0.23)和1235W~(-0.25)千焦代谢能或1173W~(-0.20),1356W~(-0.23)和1281W~(-0.25)千焦消化能。建议用 ME_m,KJ/W~(0.75),kg=1307W~(-0.23),kg 作为生长公猪维持需要的公式。  相似文献

“Saffan” was administered both intramuscularly and intravenously to produce surgical anaesthesia in cats. In horses, intravenous administration produced anaesthesia complicated by induction and emergence excitement which could not be abolished by acepromazine or xylazine premedication. Intravenous administration in sheep was followed by bradycardia, fall in cardiac output and hypotension. “Saffan” did not cause hyperpyrexia in susceptible Landrace pigs and appeared to prevent suxamethonium induced hyperpyrexia.  相似文献

选用4头成年梅花公鹿,采用回归分析法,设置不同的能量进食水平,应用北京农业大学KB-Ⅰ型呼吸测热室测定其各自的产热量,将所测得的梅花鹿的代谢能日采食量(MEI)与日产热量(HP)代入Lofgreen的曲线回归方程(1gHp=a+bMEI),求得梅花鹿的维持代谢能需要量(MEm)为516KJ/W~(0.75)kg;维持代谢能利用效率(Km)为0.707;每日产热量与食入代谢能水平呈强直线相关(P<0.01):HP/W~(0.75)=304.84+0.413MEI/W~(0.75)。  相似文献

给犬肌注846合剂(每毫升含保定宁60mg、双氢埃托啡4μg、氟哌啶醇2.5mg)后2~3min出现反应,5~10min平稳地进入麻醉状态,痛觉完全丧失,痛阈提高100%以上(药后10~90min),肌松充分,心率减慢,呼吸平缓,血气分析仅呈一时性轻度酸硷紊乱,VT、VE减少,后渐回升,ECG有较轻度变化,麻醉效应优于对照药物静松灵、英诺氟和双氢埃托啡。健康犬耐受量试验,对10~15倍剂量均安全耐过。对6种中小动物29种手术麻醉250例,优良率达99%,且具有用法简便、安全、效果确实等特点。  相似文献

The effects of equithesin administered IV “to effect” were evaluated in twelve adult domesticated camels (Camelus Dromedarius). The mean dose required for “to effect” anaesthesia as 0.74 ± 0.03 ml/kg. Moderate relaxation of muscles lasted 30 to 45 minutes and duration of analgesia was 10–15 minutes. The sleeping time was 15 to 45 minutes and the animals showed recovery in 75–115 minutes. During anaesthesia, there was moderate tachycardia, transient hypotension and decrease in central venous pressure. Primary T wave changes were a consistent finding in the ECG. There was mild hypoxemia, mild hypercapnia and significant decrease in arterial-venous oxygen tension difference. A significant decrease in the total leucocyte count occurred during the peak effect of anaesthesia. Hyperglycaemia observed at the peak anaesthetic effect was followed by hypoglycaemia 24 hours after administration of equithesin. The changes in rectal temperature, respiratory rate and other biochemical constituents studies were not significantly affected.  相似文献
