An all-polymer semiconductor integrated device is demonstrated with a high-mobility conjugated polymer field-effect transistor (FET) driving a polymer light-emitting diode (LED) of similar size. The FET uses regioregular poly(hexylthiophene). Its performance approaches that of inorganic amorphous silicon FETs, with field-effect mobilities of 0.05 to 0.1 square centimeters per volt second and ON-OFF current ratios of >10(6). The high mobility is attributed to the formation of extended polaron states as a result of local self-organization, in contrast to the variable-range hopping of self-localized polarons found in more disordered polymers. The FET-LED device represents a step toward all-polymer optoelectronic integrated circuits such as active-matrix polymer LED displays. 相似文献

[目的]设计一套基于无线传感器网络(Wireless sensor networks,WSN)的蛋鸡活动量实时监测系统,为通过蛋鸡活动量变化确定蛋鸡健康状态提供技术支持.[方法]系统的终端节点以ADXL345加速度传感器对蛋鸡活动量进行采集,以CC2530芯片为核心对数据进行处理与无线传输,并针对蛋鸡独特的体型设计背包式佩戴带.系统选用低功耗ZigBee通讯协议,上位机使用Visual Studio 2012和SQL Server 2008对监控管理端进行设计.[结果]监测系统能满足在长×宽×高为50.0 m×6.0 m×3.5 m鸡舍内的通讯要求,测试期间平均丢包率仅为0.19%.5羽试验蛋鸡佩戴终端节点后6 h内有一定程度的应激反应;监测24 h后仅1号和4号蛋鸡分别丢失3和11个数据包.通过对比监控图像,监测系统对蛋鸡的活动、产蛋及睡眠状态下产生的加速度均能进行准确地采集与显示.[建议]对终端节点体积、佩戴带材料进行进一步优化,提高佩戴舒适性;加强网络通信稳定性,获得更加准确的活动量数据;增加分类识别算法实现对蛋鸡所患疾病的判别、报警,以实现对疫情进行预防. 相似文献

Negative differential resistance (NDR) is the essential property that allows fast switching in certain types of electronic devices. With scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and scanning tunneling spectroscopy, it is shown that the current-voltage characteristics of a diode configuration consisting of an STM tip over specific sites of a boron-exposed silicon(111) surface exhibit NDR. These NDR-active sites are of atomic dimensions ( approximately 1 nanometer). NDR in this case is the result of tunneling through localized, atomic-like states. Thus, desirable device characteristics can be obtained even on the atomic scale. 相似文献

旨在筛选适合本交笼饲养海兰褐父母代种鸡的体重生长曲线模型。120 000只海兰褐父母代种鸡来自江西华裕家禽育种有限公司。第1~12周饲喂于育雏场,13周转入至种鸡场本交笼内饲养。每周测定试验鸡体重,采用Logistic模型?Gompertz模型和Von Bertalanffy模型对其体重进行拟合。1~12周龄雏鸡(公雏和母雏)的体重均呈上升趋势,并且公雏的体重生长速度快于母雏。产蛋期母鸡体重总体呈上升趋势,但部分时期呈轻微波动。Gompertz模型是最适用于雏鸡体重的拟合,而3种模型均可用于产蛋期母鸡体重的拟合。产蛋期母鸡的实际观测值以及拟合值均高于该时期母鸡标准体重上限,建议应在充分满足母鸡营养需要的前提下适当减少饲料饲喂量。研究结果为提高本交笼养种鸡生产性能和经济效益提供参考。 相似文献
