Sorption–desorption of the fungicide triadimefon in field‐moist silt loam and sandy loam soils were determined using low‐density supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). The selectivity of SFE enables extraction of triadimefon from the soil water phase only, thus allowing calculation of sorption coefficients (Kd) at field‐moist or unsaturated conditions. Triadimefon sorption was influenced by factors such as soil moisture content and temperature; sorption increased with increased moisture content up to saturation, and decreased with increased temperature. For instance, Kd values for triadimefon on the silt loam and the sandy loam soils at 40 °C and 10% water content were 1.9 and 2.5 ml g−1, respectively, and at 18% water content, 3.3 and 6.4 ml g−1, respectively. Isosteric heats of sorption (ΔHi) were −42 and −7 kJ mol−1 for the silt loam and sandy loam soils, respectively. Sorption–desorption was also determined using an automated accelerated solvent extraction system (ASE), in which triadimefon was extracted from silt loam soil by 0.01 M CaCl2. Using the ASE system, which is basically a fast alternative to the batch equilibration system, gave a similar ΔHi value (−29 kJ mol−1) for the silt loam soil (Kf = 27 µg1 − 1/n ml1/n g−1). In order to predict transport of pesticides through the soil profile more accurately on the basis of these data, information is needed on sorption as a function of soil water content. © 2000 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

The role of monooxygenases in detoxification of the pyrethroids cypermethrin and deltamethrin was examined. Four strains of sea lice (Lepeophtheirus salmonis Krøyer) with normal or moderately reduced sensitivity towards the pyrethroids were tested in bioassays by exposure to the pyrethroid alone and in combination with an oxygenase inhibitor, piperonyl butoxide (PBO). The normal (baseline) sensitivity was considered as the sensitivity range for the two most sensitive strains. Pre‐treatment with PBO elevated the sensitivity (P < 0.01) compared with groups exposed to the pyrethroid only. A positive, but not statistically significant, correlation between the activity of haem peroxidases and the pyrethroid concentration immobilizing 50% of the parasites was demonstrated (ρ = 0.500 for deltamethrin and ρ = 0.310 for cypermethrin). The results indicate that cytochrome P450 monooxygenases are involved in detoxification of pyrethroids in sea lice. 14C‐Deltamethrin was absorbed in a lesser amount in a group of sea lice exposed to a mixture of the compound and PBO than in a group exposed to 14C‐deltamethrin alone. A significant difference could be demonstrated both immediately after exposure (P < 0.01) and 24 h after exposure (P < 0.05). No significant differences were found between groups pre‐treated with PBO and groups exposed to 14C‐deltamethrin only. 14C‐Deltamethrin was taken up mainly through the cuticle, especially the cuticle on the extremities of the ventral surface, and subsequently distributed throughout the body of the parasite. Abstract

Aleuroclava jasmini (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) is a major insect pest of paper mulberry (Broussonetia papyrifera) in Iran, negatively affecting its production. Considering the importance of oils in the integrated management programs of such pests, the present study examined the possibility of whitefly control on paper mulberry plant to assess mortality rate (MR), synergistic rate (SR), resistance rate (RR), and lethal concentration for 50% of the population (LC50) of oils and common insecticide in populations from four areas of Tehran, Iran (one susceptible and three non-susceptible). The best chemical treatments against A. jasmini adults and nymphs in paper mulberry plants were neem oil (1?ml L?1) mixed with deltamethrin (0.5?ml L?1) or with buprofezin (1?ml L?1). The neem, akylarylpolyglyglycol ether and volk oils mixed with deltamethrin or buprofezin also had synergistic effects on adults and nymphs of A. jasmini, respectively, in Azadi, Shahrake Gharb, and Vanak areas (non-susceptible populations), but with higher concentrations (> LC50) and lower SR than in Garm Dareh area (susceptible population). We observed that A. jasmini adults showed the greatest resistance to deltamethrin in Vanak area and nymphs of this pest to buprofezin in Shahrake Gharb area.  相似文献

The effects of pyrethroids were studied upon isolated segmental nerves and neuromuscular junctions in both susceptible (Cooper) and knockdown-resistant (kdr; super-kdr) strains of housefly larvae (Musca domestica L.). Isolated segmental nerves contained neither cell bodies nor synaptic contacts; thus, any effects of pyrethroids were attributed solely to their actions upon voltage-dependent Na+ channels. Threshold concentrations of the type II pyrethroid, deltamethrin, required to elevate the spontaneous firing rate of these nerves were determined. Both resistant strains were about ten times less sensitive to deltamethrin than the susceptible strain, but insensitivity of super-kdr nerves was no greater than in the less resistant kdr strain. At neuromuscular junctions, the minimum concentrations of pyrethroids needed to trigger massive increases in the frequency of miniature excitatory postsynaptic potentials (mEPSPs) were determined for deltamethrin and the type I pyrethroid, fenfluthrin. With fenfluthrin there was no detectable difference between the junctions of kdr and super-kdr strains, which were both about ten-fold less sensitive than Cooper junctions. With deltamethrin, kdr junctions were about 30 times less sensitive than those of Cooper; super-kdr junctions were dramatically insensitive to deltamethrin, being some 10000- and 300-fold less sensitive than those of Cooper and kdr respectively. Thus, in the synaptic assay, super-kdr conferred an extension in resistance over kdr only against the type II pyrethroid, it being ineffective against fenfluthrin. We suggest that kdr resistance comprises at least two site-insensitive areas within the nervous system. One involves insensitivity of the Na+ channel and has similar efficacy in both kdr and super-kdr strains against type I and II pyrethroids; the other is associated with the presynaptic terminal and is particularly effective in super-kdr resistance against type II pyrethroids. The latter could be associated with Ca2+-activated phosphorylation of proteins involved with neurotransmitter release. Such phosphorylation reactions are known to be perturbed by pyrethroids, especially by type II compounds.  相似文献

为了准确地获取2013—2015年关中平原冬小麦主要生育期土壤含水量(0~20 cm)的时空信息,基于Landsat-8遥感数据反演条件植被温度指数(CVTI),并结合CVTI和实测土壤水分间的线性相关性构建土壤水分反演模型。应用粒子滤波(PF)算法同化基于CVTI反演的和CERES-Wheat模型模拟的土壤水分,得到以天为步长的土壤水分同化值,利用土壤水分实测值分别检验土壤水分模拟值、反演值和同化值的精度。结果表明,CVTI和实测土壤水分间的线性相关性显著,尤其在小麦拔节期和抽穗~灌浆期,其相关性达到极显著水平(P0.01);土壤水分同化值和实测值间的线性相关性(r=0.96,P0.001)大于土壤水分模拟值和实测值间的相关性(r=0.71,P0.01)以及土壤水分反演值和实测值间的相关性(r=0.89,P0.001);土壤水分同化值的均方根误差(RMSE)和平均相对误差(MRE)比土壤水分模拟值的RMSE和MRE分别降低了0.025 cm~3·cm~(-3)和2.70%,比土壤水分反演值的RMSE和MRE分别降低了0.016 cm~3·cm~(-3)和4.15%,同化过程提高了时间序列土壤含水量的估测精度。因此,基于CVTI和PF算法能够较为准确估测关中平原小麦主要生育期的土壤含水量。  相似文献

探究施用生物炭对冬麦田土壤水热因子及土壤呼吸的影响,对生物炭在麦田应用及农田固碳减排有重要的实践意义。2018年10月至2021年6月在关中灌区连续3 a进行了麦田生物炭施用试验,试验设置生物炭施用量水平分别为:0 t·hm-2·a-1(C0)、10 t·hm-2·a-1(C10)、20 t·hm-2·a-1(C20),通过测定小麦生长季的土壤温度、土壤水分、土壤呼吸速率及产量,明确不同施炭量对冬小麦田土壤水热因子及土壤呼吸的影响。各处理生育期内土壤呼吸速率及全生育期CO2排放量存在显著性差异(P<0.05),均表现为C0>C20>C10。生物炭施入增加了生育期内的平均土壤温度,同时显著提高了0~20 cm土壤含水量(P<0.05),并减弱了土壤水分在生育期内的变化幅度。C10、C20处理3 a平均土壤含水量较C0分别增加了17.0%、29.0%。5 cm及10 cm土壤温度能分别解释土壤呼吸变化的54.7%~...  相似文献

The effects of application rate, volume, solvent and soil moisture content on the kinetics of mineralization and degradation, of [14C] permethrin have been studied in a sandy loam soil under standard laboratory conditions. During the incubation period, up to 32 days, the temperature and moisture level of the soil were controlled. Apart from the effects of application rate, which have been widely reported, application volume had the most significant effect on mineralization rate and T1/2. [14C]Permethrin, at a level of a 1 mg kg?1 in the soil, applied in 100 μl of methanol, resulted in the evolution of 14% of the applied radiochemical as [14C] carbon dioxide over 30 days. The same level applied in 1000 μl mineralized at a faster rate, with 30% [14C]carbon dioxide evolved over 30 days. The test chemical applied to soil in methanol mineralized at a significantly faster rate than a similar concentration applied in ethanol. There was no significant difference when comparing applications made using acetonitrile with those using methanol or ethanol. The addition of formulation ingredients resulted in little or no variation in mineralisation rate compared to an equivalent application volume of methanol/water.  相似文献

为实现干旱区绿洲土壤含水量的快速、准确监测,利用采集自渭干河-库车河绿洲的84个表层(0~10cm)土壤样本,通过利用电磁感应仪(EM38)将所测解译后数据代替实测土壤含水量数据,将高光谱反射率重采样为Landsat8卫星遥感波段反射率,在选取光谱特征参数、提取敏感波段的基础上,利用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)方法建立土壤含水量模型,将最优估算模型应用于遥感影像,实现研究区土壤含水量遥感反演。研究结果表明:(1)利用EM38所测水平模式土壤表观电导率与土壤含水量拟合效果最优,能够代替实测土壤含水量进行后续建模分析。(2)相比3种单一的光谱特征指数,利用多种光谱特征指数所建土壤含水量估算模型的建模效果更优,其干、湿各季建模集决定系数R~2大于0.7,均方根误差(RMSE)均小于0.5%,RPD均大于2,能够作为有效手段估算干旱区绿洲土壤含水量。(3)不同季节土壤含水量遥感反演值与实测值决定系数R~2均大于0.6,均方根误差(RMSE)均小于0.6%,显示了较高的预测精度,证明利用电磁感应技术与高光谱相结合能够实现对干旱区绿洲土壤含水量的精准、高效监测。  相似文献

为解决绿洲区残膜污染,结合已有研究,根据农田残膜量与覆膜年限的关系,设计了9种残膜量处理(0、50、80、132、160、264、396、792、1 320 kg·hm~(-2)),利用室内土柱模拟试验,对不同处理的土壤水分湿润锋运移距离、运移速率、累积蒸发量、蒸发速率、土壤含水率进行监测分析并进行模型模拟,探究残膜量对土壤入渗和蒸发的影响以及模型模拟精度。结果表明:随着残膜量增加,湿润峰运移距离呈减小趋势,较CK减少2.76%~8.66%(P0.05),0~5 h内的平均运移速率较CK减少0.4%~19.5%(P0.05),总体呈幂函数降低趋势;随残膜量增加,累积蒸发量逐渐减小,较CK减少5.04%~38.92%(P0.05),蒸发速率呈降低趋势,而随着蒸发时间增长,蒸发速率也呈幂函数降低趋势;各残膜处理0~10 cm土层土壤平均含水率比10~20 cm土层降低1.51%~3.08%(P0.05),残膜破坏了土壤水分分布的均衡性。通过评价模型的结果显示,各处理拟合结果的决定系数R~2均大于0.988。随着残膜量的增加,RRMSE值出现差异,CRM值趋近0,CE值出现波动变化,模型拟合的结果呈现先变好后变差。  相似文献

通过土壤湿度对小麦矮腥黑穗病菌(Tilletiacontronversa Kühn,TCK)萌发率的影响试验研究表明,其冬孢子在土壤质量含水量为1%~28%(相对含水量3.57%~100%)范围内均可萌发,其适宜萌发的土壤质量含水量范围为10%~25%(相对含水量17.85%~89.3%),最佳土壤相对含水量范围在65%~75%之间;不同分离物在相同土壤湿度培养下,多数分离物冬孢子的萌发率之间差异不显著。根据分离菌Tt1和Tt2在不同土壤湿度下培养50d和60d的冬孢子萌发率,建立了TCK冬孢子萌发率与土壤相对含水量的关系模型,此结果为TCK的风险评估提供了基础数据。  相似文献

河套灌区农田地下水埋深普遍较浅且年内波动较大,明确不同膜下滴灌条件下深层土壤水分对根区的补给作用及作物根系吸水的响应差异有利于膜下滴灌技术的完善和推广。本研究开展了连续2 a(2017—2018年)的春玉米田间试验,设置3个膜下滴灌灌溉水平,分别控制土壤基质势下限为-10 kPa(S1)、-30 kPa(S3)和-50 kPa(S5)。利用HYDRUS-2D模型模拟0~120 cm深度土壤含水量、根层下边界(100 cm深度处)水分通量和作物根系吸水速率。结果表明,经过率定后的HYDRUS-2D模型对0~120 cm深度土壤含水量模拟结果的根均方差(RMSE)和决定系数(R~2)分别为0.039~0.042 cm~3·cm~(-3)和0.78~0.73,模拟结果可靠。膜下滴灌农田100 cm和120 cm深度处土壤含水量较高且处理间差异不大,说明不同滴灌条件对于100 cm以下深层土壤含水量影响较小;但不同处理显著影响根区下边界的水分通量和根系吸水速率。基质势下限控制水平越低,深层土壤水分对于根区的补给量(毛管上升)越大,S1、S3、S5生育期内累积补给量在31.9~49.6 mm之间。S5处理根系吸水速率较低,根系吸水受到显著抑制,从而造成作物生长指标和产量显著低于S1和S3处理(P0.05);而S1和S3之间籽粒产量差异不显著。综上,在本研究所设置的3个滴灌处理中,S3生育期内灌溉定额为240~300 mm,既较S1显著减少灌水量、提高水分利用效率,又具有较好的根系活力,有效利用深层土壤水分,因此建议该地区春玉米膜下滴灌的灌水下限为-30 kPa。  相似文献

Isolated presynaptic nerve terminals prepared from whole rat brain were used to evaluate the action of deltamethrin on voltage-sensitive calcium channels by measuring calcium influx and endogenous glutamate release. Deltamethrin-enhanced K+-stimulated calcium influx and subsequent Ca2+-dependent glutamate release. The effect of deltamethrin was concentration-dependent, stereospecific, blocked by ω-conotoxin MVIIC but unaltered in the presence of tetrodotoxin. These results suggest that N-type voltage-sensitive calcium channels are a site of action at the presynaptic nerve terminal. Electrophysiological studies were carried out using rat brain Cav2.2 and β3 subunits coexpressed in Xenopus oocytes to validate such action. Deltamethrin reduced barium peak current in a concentraion-dependent and stereospecific manner, increased the rate of activation, and prolonged the inactivation rate of this channel. These experiments support the conclusion that N-type voltage-sensitive calcium channel operation is altered by deltamethrin.  相似文献

采用温度植被干旱指数法(MTVDI)与荒漠化指数法(DDI),利用2016年4月、9月的Landsat数据对毛乌素沙地腹部的土壤水分进行反演,并与实测的土壤水分进行对比检验,将所反演的土壤含水量图划分为4个等级,基于此分析了2个时期毛乌素沙地腹部的旱情土壤水分分布变化。结果显示:(1)4月份MTVDI指数与0~10 cm、10~20 cm、20~30 cm土层土壤含水量的R2值分别为0.656、0.646、0.637,整体高于9月份R2值0.457、0.436、0.431,MTVDI能够较好地反映毛乌素沙地腹部土壤表层水分,且精度较高;(2)荒漠化指数DDI与MTVDI结合建立二元线性回归模型监测区域土层0~10 cm深度含水量,平均相对误差为10.95 %;(3)4月份,研究区0~10 cm表层土壤含水量5%~10%区域占总面积的53.72%以上,达到了6 256 km2,含水量偏低,需要加强当地水资源管理。  相似文献

To help explain the increased residual activity of a deltamethrin suspension concentrate (SC) formulation against grasshoppers, the persistence, location and nature of residues from the SC and an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation have been compared. Wheat plants were sprayed in a cabinet sprayer at 7.6 g ha?1 for the EC and 5.6 g ha?1 for the SC, then weathered outdoors for 16 days. With the SC formulation, residues were more persistent, more residues were located on the exterior of the leaves, and less deltamethrin was converted to inactive isomers. Eight days after spraying, the exterior deltamethrin residues were 0.13 μg plant?1 from the SC versus 0.06 μg plant?1 from the EC. Thus, more residual deltamethrin is available to grasshoppers with the SC formulation.  相似文献

应用作者所在实验室自制的、对溴氰菊酯具有特异性亲和力的多克隆抗体和酶标半抗原,建立了包被抗体-酶标半抗原直接竞争酶联免疫吸附分析法(DC-ELISA)。小白菜样品经超声提取、浓缩和10%甲醇定容后采用DC-ELISA法测定,并采用高效液相色谱法进行验证。结果表明:在抗体包被浓度为2.0 mg/L、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记溴氰菊酯半抗原稀释2.0×105倍、包被介质为pH 7.2 PB、反应介质为含0.125 mol/L NaCl pH 6.8 PB的优化条件下,DC-ELISA法检测溴氰菊酯的线性范围为0.10~10 mg/L,溴氰菊酯对抗体-酶标半抗原反应的抑制中浓度(IC50)为1.68 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为2.11%,IC10值为0.16 mg/L。在5、1和0.2 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,DC-ELISA法测定小白菜中溴氰菊酯的平均回收率分别为97%、106%和95%,RSD(n=5)分别为8.5%、8.1%和8.1%。高效液相色谱法同步测定小白菜中添加0.2 mg/kg溴氰菊酯的回收率为107%。本研究建立的DC-ELISA法可用于小白菜中溴氰菊酯含量的快速测定。  相似文献

The effect of deltamethrin (10μm) on extracellular K + activity in the micro-environment of the central nervous system of the cockroach has been studied. At normal room temperature, deltamethrin induced a rise in the K + concentration of about 3 mM, representing some 75% increase from normal Deltamethrin also caused a transient surge in the frequency of spontaneous activity, which preceded the K + effect. At a lowered temperature, the final value of the deltamthrin-induced rise in extracellular K + concentration was very similar to normal. However, when the structural component of the blood-brain barrier was disrupted, the effect of deltamethrin was much reduced. Possible consequences of the deltamethrin-induced rise in extracellular K + concentration and the potential role of the blood-brain barrier in insecticide action are discussed.  相似文献

Hyaliodes vitripennis (Say) is a univoltine indigenous predacious mirid. It has been reported in several orchards where IPM programmes are used. It is a generalist, and feeds on phytophagous mites in addition to other arthropods. In Quebec, a foliar application of imidacloprid, deltamethrin or lambda‐cyhalothrin is used at least once per season to manage arthropod pests such as leafhoppers and leaf‐eating caterpillars. Meanwhile, several applications of metiram, flusilazole, myclobutanil and mancozeb are made to control apple scab [Venturia inaequalis (Cooke) Winter]. In laboratory trials, comparison of lethal concentrations of the three insecticides against H vitripennis nymphs and adults showed no significant difference. However, when lethal concentrations were compared between two growth stages for each insecticide, a significant difference was noted between adults and nymphs treated with lambda‐cyhalothrin, adults being more susceptible than nymphs. No such difference could be detected for imidacloprid or deltamethrin. When LC50 values were compared with the manufacturer's label rates, deltamethrin and imidacloprid were toxic to the nymphs and adults, and lambda‐cyhalothrin was slightly toxic to the nymphs and moderately toxic to the adults. Among the fungicides evaluated in the laboratory, myclobutanil showed moderate toxicity to adults at the manufacturer's label rate. The remaining fungicides had no toxic effects to adults or nymphs, even at four times the manufacturer's label rate. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Synthetic pyrethroids are the primary insecticides that are widely used for controlling Locusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen), a major pest in eastern and southern Asia and the Pacific region. In this paper, ten cDNAs encoding glutathione S‐transferases (GSTs) were sequenced and characterised in L. migratoria manilensis. The effects of deltamethrin on the ten GST gene expressions were studied. RESULTS: Phylogenetic analysis revealed nine GSTs in three different classes, including seven in sigma, one in delta and one in theta. The remaining GST (LmGSTu1) was unclassified. RT‐PCR analysis showed that most GST genes were expressed in all tissues examined, including the foregut, midgut, gastric caecum, hindgut, Malpighian tubules, fat bodies, muscles, spermaries and ovaries, except that LmGSTs2, LmGSTs4, LmGSTs7 and LmGSTu1 were expressed in several tissues. LmGSTu1 appeared to be the only gene whose expressions could not be detected in eggs. Real‐time quantitative PCR showed that deltamethrin at 0.08 and/or 0.12 µg mL?1 increased almost all ten GST gene expressions in third‐instar nymph locusts. However, deltamethrin at 0.16 and/or 0.2 µg mL?1 decreased the expressions of LmGSTd1, LmGSTs1, LmGSTs5 and LmGSTs6. CONCLUSION: The increases in GST gene expressions after deltamethrin exposure in L. migratoria manilensis might result in its elevating tolerance to other insecticides and xenobiotics. To investigate the effect of deltamethrin and other pyrethroids on nonexcitable cells, we tested these molecules on animal (fibroblasts) and plant (algae) cells in culture. The effects of pyrethroids on cellular proliferation vary according to their structure. Deltamethrin (from 5 × 10−5 M) affected the growth of fibroblasts, but was inactive on other cells. Commercial formulations (DECIS EC and DECIS FLO) were more active to cells, but this effect was due mostly to the matrix. However, these matrices facilitated the penetration of deltamethrin into cells. Studies of [3H]deltamethrin uptake indicated the labeling of macromolecules, but labeling was reduced significantly after treatment with organic solvents. Autoradiographic studies with [3H]deltamethrin showed labeling of cells at the cytpolasmic level.  相似文献
