Analysis on the Game of Supervision on the Listed Company''s Administrator

When studying on the supervision on listed company performance manipulation, the administrator's role has been emphasized increasingly. By setting up a game model, the article analyzes the performance manipulation made by the listed company's administrator. The analysis shows that the optimal performance manipulation strategy taken by the administrator is determined by the profits obtained by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the prior probability of the listed company performance categories made by CSRC, while the optimal supervision strategy taken by CSRC is determined by the final profits of the listed company. Thus, it is obvious that there is a mutual guessing and influencing relationship between the listed company's administrator and CSRC. Finally, the game model constructed is further analyzed by employing it in the real cases.     

Research on Evaluation of the Slope Stability Based on the Extension Theory

The stability of rock-mass slopes is a very complicated system which is controlled by lots of factors. It is always a very important research subject to evaluate the slope stability reasonably through some evaluation methods. Based on matter-element theory and dependent function,the extension theory is applied to evaluate the stability of rock mass slope,and the extension method for the stability of rock mass slopes is proposed. Taking a real slope project for example,based on the reasonable selection of evaluation factors of slope stability,an extension model for evaluation of slope stability is built,whose result is contrasted with the fuzzy evaluating one. As a result, it is practical and feasible to apply the extension method to estimate the rock slope stability.     

Study on Influence of the Requirement on the Capital Adequacy to Bank''s Yields

In this paper, the model of the maximum utility of profit margin of commercial banks under the credit risk and the interest risk is reformulated with full consideration of the profile of the losses of bad debts for the commercial banks. The influence of the requirement in the capital adequacy by the central bank to the commercial banks on bank's yields is studied.Analysis shows that considering the risk loss and risk cost of the commercial bank,enhancing the capital adequacy to commercial bank will increase margin profit of commercial bank with decreasing absolute risk avoidance under the Ross concep.     

Analysis on the Effect of Harmonic on the Instruments with Average Value Principle

The application of non-linear load produces a mass of harmonics. The AC voltage meter and the AC current meter used in power system are usually rectifying instruments, which adopt principle of responding to the average value of voltage and current and get the virtual value by using of the proportion between the average value and it. Because they are designed based on the 50 Hz standard sinuous wave, the principle error will occur when the voltageof power system and the current of loads include harmonic. Based on their working principle, this kind of error is analyzed quantificationally. And the result shows that it can not be neglected. The voltage and current meters with real virtual value are proposed.

Based on the review of progress of research on the influence of urban planning on the price of real estate both at home and abroad, the author analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of the effect of the urban planning system on the price of real estate from three basic levels as strategy planning, implementation planning and planning administration and suggests that the local government should make use of this mechanism to carry out the guidance on the balanced development of urban economy, society and environment in real estate realm.     

Discussion on the Application Range of the PMV Equation

With the attention to the comfort degree of living environment, the phenomenon of making use of the PMV -PPD index within the ISO7730 standard to evaluate the indoor thermal comfort degree is more and more widespread. Many papers about indoor thermal environment are based on the PMV - PPD index as the reference or basis to research and analyze. But few people understand and pay attention to the application range of the PMV - PPD index. So some people misuse and abuse the PMV index and deduce some inaccurate conclusions. In this thesis, based on the analysis of the process of deducing PMV equation, the phenomenon that PMV index is different from the fact in the high temperature condition is explained; furthermore the application range of the PMV equation is confirmed. So to obtain the scientific and reasonable evaluation and conclusion in the process of research of the thermal comfort degree can be ensured.     

Effects of N, P and K Fertilizers on the Yield of Cauliflower

以花椰菜“厦雪100天”品种为试材，采用通用旋转组合设计，通过田间试验，对氮、磷、钾肥用量与花椰菜产量间的关系进行研究，建立了花椰菜产量函数模型；结果表明：氮、磷、钾肥均能显著地影响花椰菜产量，其作用大小依次为氮肥＞钾肥＞磷肥；在此项试验条件下，施肥量为N：319.58~371.48kg/hm2，P2O5：202.20~261.45kg/hm2，K2O：288.15~339.15kg/hm2时，花椰菜产量可达57000kg/hm2以上。     

Study on the Projects of the Daily Regulation of Jinghong Hydroelectric Station on Lancang River

The one dimension mathematical model has been adopted to study the projects of the daily regulation of hydroelectric station: the implicit format of Preissmann has been adopted to solve the equation.The program of one dimension unsteady flow has been worked out.The result of calculation of the program has been verified by the result of the physical model and the coincide well.Under 4 kinds of projects of the daily regulation of Jinghong Hydroelectric Station,the unsteady flow conditions in lower reaches of the dam with the length of about 85km have been calculated by the program.The graph has been adopted to analyze the important characteristic parameters of the unstable flow conditions of 4 kinds of projects: the range of water level per day,the range of water level per hours and the range of water level per 20 minutes.Finally,the project of the daily regulation of Jinghong Hydroelectric Station which has a smallest influence on the navigable flow conditions has been obtained.     

Analysis on the method of selecting nodes on the erosion diagnosisof grounding grid

The number of underdetermined equation, which is limited by the grounding down lines, reduces the grounding grid corrosion diagnostic precision. Based on the grounding grid fault diagnosis method and sensitivity analysis, the value of slip resistance change on the impact of the port resistance in several cases, such as small span, large span and edge, center and symmetrical cross line of the grounding grid, is analyzed. A new method which is used to select the node pairs to calculate the corrosion situation of grounding grid is presented. Based on this method, the simulation analysis and field test has been done. The experimental results show that this method could improve the accuracy and efficiency of grounding grid fault diagnosis.     

Irregular Sampling Theorem on the Frame

From the space V 0 , the scaling function of it is found. It is possible to transform the frame of V 0 into Riesz base of it (of course, the orthogonal bases are also Riesz bases),so that the irregular sampling theorem on the frame is changed into the one on the Riesz bases, in other words, the irregular sampling theorem on the Riesz bases is extend onto the frame. The irregular theorem on the frame can be used to the signal process.     

Distributed Data Mining on the Grid

Distributed data mining(DDM) is widely used in industrial,scientific and commercial applications to analyze large datasets maintained over geographically distributed sites,which makes DDM a major research issue on(today's) data mining field.This paper discusses the disadvantages of existing DDM systems,puts forward a service-oriented architecture for DDM on the grid and describe the process of mining under this framework.In the proposed,serviceoriented,cross-platform framework,the mining algorithm and distributed data sets are packed into the Web Service Resources(WS-Resource) respectively,which can cooperate to perform DDM as required dynamically.Finally,a grid based on local area network was built with Globus Toolkit 4.0 and take an example of association rule mining to illustrate how to work with the proposed architecture.     

Study on the Mechanism of Rockburst

Rockburst is often encountered in the underground engineerings of high geostress area, it is a kind of dynamic geodisaster.Depending on the examples of rockburst in the Erlang mountain highway tunnel and Jinping second powerstation tunnel, the fracture geometry shapes of rockburst are elaborated. Through the research of SEM analysis and rock mechanics tests of rockburst, three basic mechanics mechanisms of rockburst have been summarized,i.e., compression cracking, compression shear cracking,bending and breaking.     

Discussion on Disadvantages of the Current Water Supply Firing System Based on the Individual Building

By analyzing the problems and their reasons existed in the water firing prevention system, it is pointed out that the current Chinese firing prevention system is a partial and half-baked one, based solely on the individual building. Fire is an accident to a building, while it is a necessity to a city. Fire fighting is not only the responsibility of individual buildings, but also a part of disaster prevention system. The specialized management, power of fire fighting and salvation of the city nowadays should be reinforced. The responsibility of firing prevention system in a building is to put off the initial flame and prevent the fire extending within the right time, meanwhile to start the fire prevention and contingency measurements of the city.     

Study on the Terzaghi Ultimate Bearing Capacity of Foundation Based on the Unified Strength Theory

The ultimate bearing capacity of foundation based on Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion did not analyze effect of intermediate principal stress on yield and failure of soil so that the disparity between results obtained using Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion and those from experimental data are produced .In the paper , The ultimate bearing capacity of foundation based on unified strength theory is established and a unified solutions are obtained. The corresponding solutions of different materials can be got from it .The unified solution can not only be used to fit the properties of the materials with different tension-pressure strength but also those with equal tension-pressure strength, Results show that ones make full use of the properties of the materials so as to reduce supports,which is of important significance for engineering.

Report on the First International Barley Genetics Symposium at Wageningen,August 26–31, 1963

The symposium was organized to provide a survey of the present status of barley genetics research. This survey fully served its purpose; many interesting results and important problems of barley genetics and barley breeding were discussed.With regard to a few problems some specialized participants decided on close international cooperation. Convocations related to these agreements were presented as resolutions and will be worked out by an elected Permanent Barley Committee.     

Analysis on the Stress of the Tunnel Underground High Buildings

With the problem of the city development, it becomes very important and urgent to research the utilization of the urban underground space. The authors discuss the interaction of high buildings and tunnel which belongs to a project at Dadukou region in Chongqing. The authors simulate this condition in computer and analyses the stress around the tunnel and find the rang of stress concentration. At last,the authors offer some references for underground-space opening of the tunnel under high buildings.
