The first aim of the study was to investigate the pharmacokinetics of eight anticoagulant rodenticides (brodifacoum, bromadiolone, chlorophacinone, coumatetralyl, difenacoum, difethialone, flocoumafen and warfarin) in plasma and liver of the mouse after single oral administration. Eight groups of mice dosed orally with a different anticoagulant rodenticide in a dose equal to one‐half the lethal dose 50 (LD50), were killed at various times up to 21 days after administration. The eight anticoagulant rodenticides were assayed in plasma and liver by an LC‐ESI‐MS/MS method. Depending on the compound, the limit of quantification was set at 1 or 5 ng/mL in plasma. In liver, the limit of quantification was set at 250 ng/g for coumatetralyl and warfarin and at 100 ng/g for the other compounds. The elimination half‐lives in plasma for first‐generation rodenticides were shorter than those for second‐generation rodenticides. Coumatetralyl, a first‐generation product, had a plasma elimination half‐life of 0.52 days. Brodifacoum, a second‐generation product, showed a plasma elimination half‐life of 91.7 days. The elimination half‐lives in liver varied from 15.8 days for coumatetralyl to 307.4 days for brodifacoum. The second aim of the study was to illustrate the applicability of the developed method in a clinical case of a dog suspected of rodenticide poisoning.  相似文献

本试验采用尼龙袋法研究不同精粗比饲粮中添加甘露寡糖(MOS)对绵羊瘤胃养分降解率的影响。选取6只安装永久瘤胃瘘管的羯羊(白萨福克×小尾寒羊♀),采用4×6双因子析因试验设计,共设饲粮精粗比和MOS添加水平2个因子,其中饲粮精粗比分别为20∶80(A1)、30∶70(A2)、40∶60(A3)和50∶50(A4),MOS添加水平分别为0(B1)、0.4%(B2)、0.8%(B3)、1.2%(B4)、1.6%(B5)和2.0%(B6)。结果显示:饲粮精粗比对不同时间点绵羊瘤胃干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)和粗蛋白质(CP)的降解率、降解参数[DM、OM:快速降解部分(a)、慢速降解部分(b)和可降解部分(a+b);CP:a、b和b的降解速率(c)]及有效降解率均产生了显著影响(P0.05),其变化规律均为随饲粮精料比例的升高而升高,在A4组达到最高;MOS添加水平仅对不同时间点绵羊瘤胃CP的降解率及降解参数a+b产生了显著影响(P0.05),其变化规律均为随MOS添加水平的增加先升高后降低,在B5组达到最高。饲粮精粗比和MOS添加水平对绵羊瘤胃养分降解率没有产生显著的交互作用(P0.05)。由此得出,饲粮精粗比为50∶50时绵羊瘤胃干物质、有机物和粗蛋白质的有效降解率最高,MOS添加水平达到1.6%时绵羊瘤胃粗蛋白质的降解率最高。  相似文献

 以6头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的小尾寒羊为试验动物,用尼龙袋法测定了2种不同生育期豆科牧草苜蓿和白三叶在绵羊瘤胃降解前后氨基酸的变化差异。结果表明,1)2种豆科牧草总氨基酸含量总体上随生育期呈下降趋势,即在分蘖期最高,成熟期最低。总氨基酸/粗蛋白的高峰值都出现在开花期;2)2种豆科牧草的天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、酪氨酸、丝氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸和苯丙氨酸在瘤胃中较易降解(犘<0.05或犘<0.01);丙氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸在瘤胃中有比较好的抗降解作用(犘>0.05);3)随着生育期的推进,成熟牧草中的各种氨基酸在瘤胃中越不易降解。  相似文献

The main objective of this study was to investigate in vivo ruminal degradation and rumen escape of soluble N fractions in grass and grass silage. Soluble protein and long-chain peptides (PLP), small peptides (SP) and free AA (FAA) were obtained from fresh grass and grass silages fertilized with different levels of N. Soluble extracts from the forages were pulse dosed into the rumen of three cannulated lactating dairy cows, and a simple or complex model was used to examine the kinetics of the soluble N fractions in the rumen. When soluble extracts from silage were investigated, pulse dosages of total nonammonia N (NAN) were 21, 27, and 32 g, while for fresh grass only dosages of 20 g were ruminally administered. In the silage extracts, mean proportions of PLP-N, SP-N, and FAA-N in the NAN were 30, 52, and 18%, respectively, whereas in the fresh grass the corresponding values were 67, 20, and 13%. From silage extracts, all three soluble N fractions showed a linear decrease (P < 0.05) in degradation rate and an increase (P < 0.05) in ruminal escape with increasing dosage. In silage, mean degradation rates, parameterized from the complex model, were 230, 214, and 334%/h for PLP-N, SP-N, and FAA-N, respectively, and the ruminal escape was highest (P < 0.05) for SP-N (11.2% of dose) and lowest (P < 0.05) for FAA-N (5.0% of dose). No differences in degradation rate and ruminal escape between fresh grass and silage were observed. However, the proportion of N dose converted to ammonia was only 24% in the fresh grass, whereas for the silages a mean value of 76% was found. From this study, it is concluded that a significant amount of dietary soluble N escapes ruminal degradation, and thus contributes to the intestinal AA supply. Moreover, if the main aim is to study degradation kinetics of individual N fractions, a complex model should be used in the evaluation. This model can also be used to study ruminal synchronization of N and energy for microbial growth.  相似文献

Bromadiolone is an anticoagulant rodenticide that inhibits the reactivation of vitamin K1 by the enzyme vitamin K1-epoxide reductase. The present case report originated from the application of bromadiolone against water voles (Arvicola terrestris) in northeastern Switzerland. At least 40 foxes (Vulpes vulpes) were found dead after the inappropriate use of a bait that contained 0.02 % bromadiolone. Anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning was suspected on the basis of the postmortem examination and subsequently confirmed by the detection ofbromadiolone both in the blood and in samples from thoracic and abdominal fluids.  相似文献

Objective: To determine the effect of gastrointestinal (GI) decontamination on the incidence of prolonged prothrombin time (PT) in dogs after anticoagulant rodenticide ingestion. Design: Retrospective study. Setting: Urban emergency room. Animals: One hundred and fifty‐one client‐owned dogs. Measurements: Dogs presented to the emergency room within 6 hours of ingestion of an anticoagulant rodenticide and had a PT measured within 2–6 days of toxicant ingestion before initiating vitamin K therapy were included. Dogs were categorized as treated or untreated based on the institution of vitamin K therapy following PT testing. The signalment, body weight, type of rodenticide ingested, time elapsed between ingestion and initial presentation, method(s) of GI decontamination, and the times elapsed between both toxicant ingestion and initial hospital presentation until determination of PT were recorded. The PT results were recorded as well as any treatment received following the recheck examination. Any reported incidents of bleeding or untoward effects between exposure and reexamination were recorded. Main results: Of 151 dogs, only 11 dogs (8.3%) developed prolonged PT requiring vitamin K supplementation. None of the 11 dogs with prolonged PTs exhibited signs of bleeding or required transfusion therapy. No differences in age, weight, or time elapsed between treated and untreated patients were found. Conclusions: The incidence of prolonged PT is low in dogs receiving GI decontamination within 6 hours of anticoagulant rodenticide ingestion. Delaying vitamin K therapy until a PT has been assessed 48–72 hours after initial exposure appears to be safe and sensitive in dogs following anticoagulant rodenticide ingestion.  相似文献

Norfloxacin (NF) ruminal distribution after intravenous (i.v.), intramuscular (i.m.) and oral (p.o.) administration was determined in order to assess the influence of the rumen on the pharmacokinetic behaviour of NF in sheep. Norfloxacin concentrations in rumen were detected after i.v. and i.m. administrations between 4 and 48 h in all animals studied. The experimental distribution ratios after i.v. and i.m. administration expressed as area under the concentration-time curve ratios AUC(rumen)/AUC(plasma) were 0.24 and 0.39, respectively, and thus lower than corresponding predicted value of 5.06. Apparently, drug persisted in the rumen content longer than in plasma. The experimental mean residence time ratios MRT(rumen)/MRT(plasma) after i.v. and i.m. administrations were 2.33 and 1.66, respectively. After p.o. administration, NF concentrations in the rumen content were extremely high compared with the respective plasma concentrations, resulting in mean peak concentrations ratio C(max-rumen)/C(max-plasma) of 383.66 and AUC(rumen)/AUC(plasma) experimental ratio of 402.32. This value was considerably higher (approximately 79 fold) than the predicted distribution ratio of 5.06. Our results suggest that the limited p.o. bioavailability of NF in ruminants could not be attributed to ruminal degradation.  相似文献

Plasnia ronidazole concentrations were examined after intravenous (i.v.) antloral administration of ronidazole in sheep (t i = 6) at;I dosage of 5 mg/kg Iiody weight. In three sheep a ruminal and an abomasal fistula were inserted. l'heronidazole determinations were performed by an HPLC method. Oral bioav;iil-ability in the fistulated sheep was only 5.5 k 1.8% (mean k SE). Somewhat lower values (4.6 k 1.45%) were obtained when the drug was administered through the ruminal fistula in the rumen. After administration of the sanie dose directly in the abomasum through the intraaboiiiasal fistula, 1)ioavailability was increased t o 86.0 k 8.9%. In the non-fistulated sheep, oral biodisponibility was 2.6 k 0.5%.
After water was restricted for 48 h before the oral ronidazole administration t o
these sheep, bioavailability was slightly increased (6.0 k 9.1 %). When desmo-
pressin acetate was injected i.v. before the oral ronidazole;idministration,
bioavailability was 10.6 k 6.5%. When glypressiii,;t1101her vasopressin analogue,
was used, oral bioavailability was not influenced: 2.4 f 1.3%. Konitlazole was
also incubated with ruminal contents antl the ronitlamle concer1tr;ition tle-
creased with a first order rate constant of '0.122 rfr 0.050 miri-' (mean f SF,).
These results suggest that oral atfrniiiistration of ronidazole to sheep is o f little
therapeutic use, because most is metabolised by the ruminal triicro-organisiiis
before it can reach the circulation. A second conclusion we can make is that i t is
very difficult, if not impossible, at least with the methods used, to influence
gastro-intestinal motility in sheep to get a reprotlucahle closure of I he

Three experiments were conducted to determine the influence of the presence of protozoa on copper (Cu) metabolism in sheep fed corn silage or corn silage supplemented with casein, fish meal or soybean meal. For each diet, eight rams were kept fauna-free; eight additional rams were faunated and housed separately from them. The faunated rams in all treatments grew faster and consumed more feed and, consequently, more Cu. However, they had a lower (P less than .01) ruminal Cu solubility and accumulated less Cu in their livers than the fauna-free rams when fed corn silage alone or in combination with soybean meal (insoluble, ruminally degraded protein). Such effects were not significant when corn silage was supplemented with fish meal (protein resistant to ruminal degradation). The presence of ciliate protozoa in the rumen had no effect on the accumulation of Cu in the liver of sheep fed corn silage supplemented with casein (soluble, ruminally degraded protein) and produced conflicting results on ruminal Cu solubility. Hence, the effect of protozoa on Cu metabolism is indirect and depends on the type of protein present in the diet.  相似文献

Specimens from 10 cases of second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning in dogs and cats were submitted to the Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory during 1986 and 1987. The clinical signs most frequently observed were lethargy, dyspnea, and ventral hematomas; common necropsy findings included hemoperitoneum, hemothorax, and pulmonary hemorrhage. In the instances when histopathological examination of the tissue was done, it supported a diagnosis of coagulopathy. The presence of anticoagulants in serum or liver was confirmed by high pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, or a combination of the two. Five cases of brodifacoum poisoning, 2 of bromadiolone, and 3 of diphacinone toxicity were verified. Concentrations of these rodenticides ranged from approximately 0.001 to 12 ppm.  相似文献

In the veterinary literature, it has been suggested that a prolongation in the thrombotest (PIVKA test) is a sensitive and diagnostic indicator of anticoagulant rodenticide intoxication. We evaluated prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromoplastin time (aPTT), and PIVKA indicator in 25 bleeding dogs: 7 with inherited coagulopathies. All dos with acquired coagulopathies had prolonged PIVKA values when compared to the normal controls. Factor VII deficient dogs had a prolonged PIVKA and PT test result, whereas dogs with intrinsic coagulopathies only had an aPTT prolongation. A three-fold increase of the PIVKA or PT values was highly suggestive of an anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning compared to other acquired coagulopathies. Prolonged PIVKA resuls were not specific for anticoagulant rodenticide intoxication in our group of bleeding dogs.  相似文献

A large amount of phosphorus (P) in corn and soybean meal is in the form of phytate that is poorly available to monogastric animals. It leads to the presence of large amounts of P in manure, which contributes to the P pollution problem. The fermentation of soybean meal with Aspergillus usamii almost completely degraded phytate and improved P availability in chicks. Although dietary yeast phytase increased P absorption and availability in pigs, its efficacy was less than that of Aspergillus niger phytase. It was suggested that the lesser efficacy of yeast phytase resulted from its lower stability against pepsin. Phytate suppresses zinc availability in monogastric animals. Zinc availability was improved by the substitution of regular soybean meal with fermented soybean meal and by the supplementation with Aspergillus niger phytase in pigs. It has been considered that phytate is easily degraded in the rumen and the availability of phytate P is high in ruminants. However, 20% of phytate in oilseed meals was not degraded in the rumen of sheep. Additionally, heating and formaldehyde treatments with oilseed meals suppressed ruminal degradation of phytate and approximately half of phytate escaped from ruminal degradation in the treated oilseed meals.  相似文献

采用12头安装有瘤胃和十二指肠瘘管的绵羊作为试验动物,随机分成4组,研究以稻秆(RS)、小麦秸(WS)、玉米秸(MS)和花生藤(PV)4种不同的阳离子交换量(CEC值)为主的绵羊日粮对纤维物质消化动力学、瘤胃降解率和瘤胃内环境参数的影响。结果表明:不同日粮的CEC值不同,具有较高CEC值的日粮(如玉米秸和花生藤),营养价值也较高,其营养物质在十二指肠和直肠的流通量要比CEC值低的日粮(稻秆和麦秸)小,但具有较高的消化率,其粗纤维物质具有较多的可消化营养物质(a b)和较高的表面可发酵指数(SAFI)以及较高的瘤胃降解率。同时,随着日粮CEC值升高,各种营养物质在十二指肠和直肠中的流通量呈下降的趋势,各种营养物质在绵羊消化道中各部位的消化率呈上升的趋势,而且各营养物质的瘤胃降解率也有逐步升高的趋势。  相似文献

Two metabolism trials were conducted with 12 yearling crossbred wethers per trial (34 and 38 kg for trials 1 and 2, respectively). The wethers, equipped with ruminal, abomasal and ileal cannulae, were randomly allotted for each trial to the following treatments: 1) hay alone or hay supplemented with 2) .9% urea, 3) 1% urea and 6.5% molasses or 4) 1% urea and 5.2% corn. Two digestive flow markers were used: Cr2O3 powder and Co-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (Co-EDTA). Urea and Co-EDTA were infused continuously into the rumen via cannula. Daily dry matter (DM) intake averaged 517 g. Urea supplementation improved N retention (P less than .01). Apparent digestibility of DM, acid detergent fiber (ADF) and energy was not affected by treatment. Urea and carbohydrate supplementation increased ruminal propionic acid molar proportions (P less than .05). Apparent ruminal DM digestion accounted for 41% of the total DM degraded, whereas 77.4% of the digestible ADF was degraded in the rumen. Urea supplementation increased ADF digestion in the large intestine (P less than .01). Urea and carbohydrate supplementation resulted in a stepwise increase in N flowing with the liquid phase at the abomasum. Mean retention times of the solid and liquid phases of digestive contents were similar across treatments. Overall, benefits of supplementation of poor-quality fescue hay diets by small amounts of urea and readily available carbohydrates remain questionable for sheep fed at a fixed level of intake below maintenance.  相似文献

Oral administration of sulphadoxine to adult goats (100 mg/kg body weight) resulted in absorption of about two thirds from the gastrointestinal tract. The absorption rate was lowest in newborn kids and increased with increasing age. Following administration of sulphadoxine (40 mg/kg body weight) through a rumen fistula about 80% was absorbed in cows. Also the elimination rate for sulphadoxine was lower in newborn kids than in adult goats and increased with the age. Oral administration of the trimethorpim (TMP) to kids, goats (20 mg/kg body weight) and cows (8 mg/kg body weight) resulted in higher plasma concentrations in newborn kids than in the older age groups and the maximal concentration of TMP in the blood of adult goats and cows was lower than 0.2 μg/ml. In vitro experiments showed that trimethoprim may be degraded by ruminal microorganisms, but from experiments with oral administration of trimethoprim to cows it is concluded that metabolism in the cow's liver is at least as important as ruminal degradation.  相似文献

The effects of various types of anticoagulants on plasma biochemistry were studied in man and various animals, but limited information is existing for sheep plasma biochemistry. Ten clinically healthy Baloochi breed of sheep were blood sampled in different tubes containing each anticoagulants and plain tube for harvesting plasma and serum. The concentrations of glucose, cholesterol, total bilirubin, urea, creatinine, total protein, albumin, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, and magnesium and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), creatine kinase (CK) and gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) were measured. Except for the amounts of GGT, bilirubin and inorganic phosphorus, other measured parameters were significantly lower in citrated plasma than that of serum. For corrected citrated plasma significant differences were seen for the concentrations of glucose, creatinine, calcium and the activity of ALP.Most parameters did not show any difference, but significant increase was seen for albumin concentration when heparin was used as an anticoagulant. Using EDTA as anticoagulant caused a significant difference for the concentrations of some of the measured parameters in plasma except glucose, GGT, cholesterol, albumin, bilirubin, CK, and inorganic phosphorus comparing with serum.  相似文献

本研究以18只安装有瘤胃瘘管的内蒙古半细毛羯羊作为试验动物 ,研究了绵羊日粮中6个不同结构性碳水化合物(SC)与非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)比例(3.52、3.32、2.86、2.64、2.40和1.88)对绵羊瘤胃内环境参数随时间的动态变化的影响。结果表明 ,绵羊日粮中一定范围内的SC :NSC比例对瘤胃内 pH和NH3-N浓度的影响不显著 ,但会改变瘤胃内VFA的摩尔比例。若适度提高丙酸浓度 ,调控瘤胃发酵模式 ,可达到提高纤维物质利用率的目的。  相似文献

Effects of protozoa on bacterial nitrogen recycling in the rumen   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
The effects of protozoa on ruminal NH3-N kinetics and bacterial N recycling were measured in five sheep (57.6+/-7.1 kg BW, x +/- SD) with ruminal and duodenal cannulas in naturally faunated, defaunated, and refaunated periods. The sheep were fed a diet of 239 g of alfalfa haylage and 814 g of barley concentrate per day (DM basis) divided into 12 equal portions and allocated at 2-h intervals. A pulse dose of 300 mg of 15N as [15N]NH4Cl was administered into the rumen (on d 1 and 15) and 300 mg of 15N as [15N]urea was administered intravenously to the blood (d 8). Enrichment of 15N was measured in ruminal NH3-N, bacterial N, and plasma urea N over a period of 35 h. Total collection of urine was made for 5 d and analyzed for purine derivatives to calculate the flow of microbial N. Ruminal parameters and nutrient digestibilities were also measured. Sheep were defaunated using a rumen washing procedure 50 d prior to measurements in the defaunated period. Sheep were refaunated with ruminal contents from a faunated sheep receiving the same diet. Measurements began 26 d following refaunation, at which time protozoal numbers had returned to those in the originally faunated sheep. Data reported in parentheses are for faunated, defaunated, and refaunated sheep, respectively. Total culturable and cellulolytic bacterial numbers were unaffected by defaunation, but there was an increase in flow of microbial N from the rumen (10.8, 17.3, and 11.1 g N/d; P < .05) in the defaunated period. Flux, irreversible loss, and intraruminal recycling of NH3-N and recycling of NH3-N from plasma urea N were not affected by defaunation. Defaunation had no effect on reducing the absolute amount (13.8, 10.0, and 11.3 g N/d; P > .20) of bacterial N recycling and the percentage of N flux through the bacterial N pool. Total-tract digestion was reduced in defaunated compared with faunated sheep by 8, 17, 15, and 32% for OM, N, NDF, and ADF, respectively. In conclusion, defaunation improved ruminal N metabolism through the enhancement of bacterial protein synthesis, and improvement in the flow of microbial protein to the host animal.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Thiamine status of ruminants is adversely affected in acidic rumen conditions. However, there have been limited published case study data related to thiamine deficiency of ruminants with acute ruminal lactic acidosis (ARLA). HYPOTHESIS: Thiamine deficiency would occur in sheep with ARLA. ANIMALS: Thirteen Ak-Karaman (white Karaman) sheep with ARLA, aged 1 year (ARLA group) and 10 healthy Ak-Karaman sheep, aged 1 year (control group) were used. METHODS: After clinical examination, rumen fluid samples of all sheep were obtained with a stomach tube and examined immediately. Blood samples were taken from a jugular vein of the sheep. Erythrocytic transketolase enzyme activity and hence thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP) effect were determined according to Clausen's method. RESULTS: History revealed that all sheep in the ARLA group had accidentally consumed excessive amounts of cracked barley. During clinical examination of the ARLA group, disturbed general condition, engorged scleral vessels, moderate to severe dehydration, and ruminal atony were recorded in the sheep. The results of the ruminal fluid analyses of the ARLA group demonstrated characteristics of ARLA. The results of clinical and ruminal fluid examination of control group were normal. The mean TPP effect (%) in the ARLA group (109 +/- 28) was significantly higher than in the control group (22.2 +/- 3.7) (P < .001). CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: The present study revealed that severe thiamine deficiency occurred in sheep with ARLA. This result indicates that thiamine administration to sheep suffering from acute ruminal acidosis caused by overconsumption of readily fermentable carbohydrates could be beneficial in alleviating thiamine deficiency caused by ruminal acidosis.  相似文献

本试验旨在明确燕麦干草与全株玉米青贮按不同比例组合对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响。选用9头体重为(70.24±2.03)kg、体况相似且装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的杂种(美利奴×蒙古羊♀)公羊作为试验动物,按过渡期称重结果分成3组,每组3只。按燕麦干草和全株玉米青贮占粗饲料比例(干物质基础)将饲粮分为A1(100%全株玉米青贮)、A2(50%全株玉米青贮+50%燕麦干草)和A3(100%燕麦干草)3种,3种饲粮精粗比均为35∶65。采用3×3拉丁方设计,进行3期试验,每期22 d(预试期15 d,正试期7 d),正试期最后3 d采样。结果显示:1)与100%全株玉米青贮相比,以50%全株玉米青贮+50%燕麦干草或100%燕麦干草为粗饲料对绵羊瘤胃液p H和总氮浓度平均值没有产生显著影响(P0.05),但显著降低了瘤胃液氨态氮(NH3-N)、尿素氮和血浆尿素氮浓度平均值(P0.05),同时以50%全株玉米青贮+50%燕麦干草为粗饲料还显著提高了瘤胃液蛋白氮浓度平均值(P0.05)。此外,A2组的瘤胃液p H和总氮浓度平均值稍高于A3组,瘤胃液蛋白氮浓度平均值较A3组增加了8.97%,瘤胃液和血浆尿素氮浓度平均值稍低于A3组,但差异均不显著(P0.05),而瘤胃液NH3-N浓度平均值则显著低于A3组(P0.05)。2)粗饲料中燕麦干草的加入并未显著改变绵羊瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸浓度和丙酸摩尔比平均值(P0.05),升高了瘤胃液乙酸、丁酸摩尔比以及乙酸/丙酸平均值,且A3组与A1组差异显著(P0.05)。由此可知,在精料相同、精粗比为35∶65的条件下,用50%全贮玉米青贮和50%燕麦干草混合作为粗饲料可以改善绵羊的瘤胃内环境而适宜瘤胃微生物生长,提高瘤胃微生物活性及其对氨(NH3)的利用率,有助于微生物蛋白的合成,升高瘤胃乙酸的摩尔比及乙酸/丙酸。  相似文献
