丹参根际土壤浸提物的GC-MS分析

摘    要:摘要:目的 对丹参根际土壤浸提液中根系分泌物的成分进行研究。方法 以乙酸乙酯、正己烷为浸提溶剂浸提丹参根际土壤,浸提液过滤、浓缩,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行组分分析。结果 从乙酸乙酯、正己烷浸提液中分别检测并鉴定了27、25种物质,主要为烃、醇、醛、酯、酸等物质,用峰面积归一化法确定了这些物质的相对含量,其中乙酸乙酯中以烃类、醇类的相对含量较高,正己烷中以酚类、烃类、醇类相对含量较高,证明其根际土壤中存在着化感物质。结论 从浸提液的组成成分来看,丹参根际土壤中含有多种有机化合物,这些化合物可能来源于丹参的根系分泌,但其作用机理尚有待进一步研究。关键词:丹参;根际土壤;根系分泌物;气相色谱-质谱

GC-MS Analysis of Rhizosphere-soil Extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
Abstract:Abstract Objective: Rhizosphere soil extract was analyzed to get some primary information about Salvia miltiorrhiza root exudates. Method Ethyl acetate and Hexane was used to extract rhizosphere soil of S. miltiorrhiza, the extract was filtrated and concentrated, then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results: About 27,25 peaks were observed and identified from Ethyl acetate and Hexane extract respectively, which consist of hydrocarbon, alcohol, aldehyde, ester, organic acid, and so on. The peak areas were normalized to calculate the relative contents of each component. And among all these components, hydrocarbon and alcohol have the highest proportion in Ethyl acetate extracts; phenol, hydrocarbon and alcohol have the highest proportion in Hexane. This experiment result proves that allelopathic substances exist in root system. Conclusion Many organic compounds are contained in S. miltiorrhiza roots rhizospere soil, according to GC-MS analyzing result of soil extract, which are possible that that these substances are excreted by S. miltiorrhiza roots.
