| 摘 要： | 分析了我国农机购置补贴政策实施以来取得的成绩和存在的问题，提出了将行业准入资质列为入围购机补贴目录的基本条件，本着突出重点和全面提升的原则确定补贴范围，科学改进购机补贴资金下拨时间与方式等建议。 |

| Abstract: | Subsidy policy for purchasing agricultural machinery of China was analyzed from implementation of achievements and existing problems. Three suggestions were put forward，such as qualifications for admittance into industries as basic condition of subsidies for buyers directory，based on the principle of priority sectors and improve determine the scope of subsidies and scientific improvement upgrade subsidy funds allocated time and way. |
