Abstract:Feed industry involves many fields such as planting,animal husbandry,food and so on,which has an important impact on China's national economy.Judging from the current number and development scale of China's feed enterprises,most of them belong to small and medium-sized enterprises.There are many problems in the development of many small and medium-sized feed enterprises,such as rising costs,declining profits,lack of brand advantages,which restrict the development of enterprises.Based on the strategic positioning theory,the development path of small and medium-sized feed enterprises combined with their actual situation were discussed in this paper,in order to provide reference for their sustainable and healthy development.
