番茄抗番茄斑萎病毒病育种研究进展

摘    要:番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV)是危害番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)最重要的病原菌之一,在中国及世界范围内已成为限制番茄生产的重要因素。利用自然番茄抗病资源及抗病基因是控制TSWV的有效方法。秘鲁番茄(Lycopersicon peruvianum Mill.)和智利番茄(Lycopersicon chilense Mill.)等野生番茄是目前发现的抗TSWV的主要自然资源。其中,秘鲁番茄中的显性抗病质量基因位点Sw-5在TSWV抗病遗传育种中发挥重要作用。后续开发和培育了多种与Sw-5连锁的分子标记及含有Sw-5的抗病品种。除此之外,病毒RNA介导基因沉默技术在番茄TSWV抗病育种中也逐渐受到重视。由于目前陆续出现了打破Sw-5基因位点的TSWV分离种,因此今后的工作亟须发掘TSWV新的抗病资源和基因。

Abstract:Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) is one of the most damaging pathogens in tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.). TSWV has become a limiting factor for tomato production in China and around the world. A viable method to control TSWV is through the natural resistance resource and genes. The wild tomatoes L. peruvianum and L. chilense are the main resistance resources against TSWV up to now. A single dominant resistance gene locus, Sw-5, originating from L. peruvianum plays a significant role in the tomato breeding for resistance to TSWV. Multiple types of molecular markers linked to the Sw-5 and resistant varieties containing the Sw-5 against TSWV has been subsequently developed. Besides, the virus RNA-mediated gene silencing approach in tomato resistance breeding to TSWV has become a research focus in recent years. Recently the resistance-breaking TSWV isolates overcoming the resistance conferred by the Sw-5 has successively appeared, therefore it is urgent to explore new resistance resources and genes against TSWV.
