| Abstract: | Through investigation and research, the small valleies in Liaoning province can be divided into three types according to various transformation and recycle features of matter and energy, i. e, resource-riching type, exploitation-balancing type and resource-overexploitating type. Hence,the suitable exploitating measures and harnessing models for these types have been put out. |
