| 摘 要： | 在利益相关视角下，图书馆联盟者之间具有群体性、现实性及利益不均衡等特点，图书馆联盟的发展也对利益相关者产生不同的影响，因此，相关利益者的均衡发展才能使图书馆联盟持续有效地发展。本文针对性的提出了如何均衡发展以消除图书馆联盟利益相关者之间的消极影响。

| Abstract: | In the perspective of stakeholders, library alliance has the characteristics of groupment, actuality and unbalanced interests. The development of library alliance also has different effects on stakeholder. Therefore, the balanced development of stakeholders can make sustained and effective development of library alliance. This paper put forward how to eliminate the negative influence among the stakeholders of library alliance through the balanced development. |
