摘    要:目的研究农药助剂对70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂(WG)在小麦叶片上润湿展布性和农药持留量的影响,通过添加合适的助剂提高现有杀虫剂的使用效率。方法利用接触角/界面张力测量仪测定了15种农药助剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)、表面张力值(γcmc)及其在小麦叶正、反面的润湿展布性,并根据表面张力γ及接触角结果筛选出8种较好的助剂添加于70%吡虫啉WG中,分析其在小麦叶片表面上润湿展布性和最大持留量Rm的变化。结果8种助剂均能降低药液表面张力和增加药液在叶面润湿展布性,其中助剂1#、助剂2#和助剂4#对药剂表面张力γ的降低范围在70.52%~72.77%,表面张力值最低可下降到(21.48 ± 0.15) mN/m,低于小麦叶片的CMC;且在小麦叶正、反面上的接触角均小于60°,使药液能很好地润湿展布在小麦叶面上。助剂1#、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对增加药液持留量的影响尤为明显,且脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠与吡虫啉WG混合后,可使叶片上的药液持留量达到最大。结论在小麦害虫防治过程中,可以在农药制剂中通过添加适当的助剂来提升药液在作物叶面的展布效果和持液量,从而提高现有农药的使用效率。

Abstract:PurposeIn order to study the effects of different adjuvants on the wetting property and retention of imidacloprid water dispersible granule (WG) on wheat leaves, and choose suitable adjuvants to solve the problem of low utilization of existing pesticides.MethodIn this study, the critical micelle concentration (CMC), the surface tension value (γcmc) and wetting property of 15 pesticide adjuvants in the positive and negative sides of wheat leaves were determined by a contact angle/interfacial tension meter. According to the results of γ and contact angles selected 8 adjuvants which had better effects, and added to the imidacloprid WG to analyze the change of wetting property and Rm.Result Eight kinds of adjuvants could reduce the surface tension and increase the wetting property. The adjuvant 1#, 2# and 4# could reduce the surface tension of the agent by 70.52%- 72.77%, and the surface tension value could be reduced to (21.48 ± 0.15) mN/m, which was lower than the CMC of wheat leaves. And the contact angles on the front and back sides of wheat leaves were less than 60o, which could be well wetted on wheat leaf surface. The adjuvant 1#, methyl ester sulfonate and SDBS had more obvious effects on increasing the retention, and the amount of retention on the leaves was maximized of the mixture of methyl ester sulfonate and imidacloprid WG.ConclusionTherefore, the adjustment and addition adjuvants can improve the effect and the utilization rate of pesticides in the process of wheat disease and pest control.
