花椰菜苗期矿物营养吸收规律的定量研究

摘    要:试验采用三因素二次饱和回归设计方法,对花椰菜幼苗氮磷钾吸收特性、幼苗营养元素积累与育苗营养液浓度之关系、植株中氮磷钾含量与幼苗生长量之关系以及育苗营养液的最佳浓度组成等问题进行了定量研究和探讨。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted by using three factor, quadratic, saturated, incomplete factorial, and regressional design. It gave a quantitative study about the questions as follows: the absorbing characteristics of N, P, K nutrient of the seedling; the relationship between the concentration of N, P, K nutritional solution, the total fresh weight of the seedling and the content of N, P, K elements of the seedling; the optimal parameters of nutritional solution in raising seedling of Brassica botritis L.A number of mathematical models was constructed with great significance and well fit. Therefore, it had been testified that the experimental design is suitable for the research of raising seedling with nutritional solution by a great responsiblity. The result of research suggested that the experimental designs as mentioned above should be widely used for the research of optimal nutrient condition of vegetable hydroponics, nutritional diagnosis technology of vegetable crops, and absorbing characteristics of mineral nutrient and nutritional physiology of vegetable crops, so that we could develop a set of quantitative, optimal technology on the research of hydroponics and nutritional physiology of vegetable crops.
