| 摘 要： | 从历史的角度分析了安徽省砀山县近代经济社会发展与生态环境的关系。结果显示:明清时期淮河流域生态环境的恶化是造成砀山县社会经济衰退的重要原因;1949年以来的综合治理和林业生态工程建设产生了明显的效果, 重新带来了砀山县的经济发展和社会繁荣, 说明生态环境建设是社会进步和经济发展的关键因素。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoints of history, the relationship of economic and social development and ecological environment in Dangshan County of Anhui Province was analyzed. The results showed that the ecological and environmental deterioration of Huaihe River valley in Ming and Qing dynasties was the key reason causing the social and economic declining of Dangshan County. In 1949, comprehensive management and forestry ecological engineering began to be conducted and the benefit is great. This case study showed that ecological and environmental construction is the essentials of local economic development and people's livelihood as well as social progress. |
