摘 要: | 采用磷青铜片作弹性元件、以农机粘结胶粘合而成的测压膜合,在茶汁溢出的潮湿工况下测定揉切机搓板的压力效果良好。测定结果表明:轴向压力的波动较大,最大轴向压力的平均值为3.3×10~4帕,最大径向压力的平均值为8×10~3帕;压力测试数值为合理选择电机功率提供了科学依据,电机工率的计算值与实测值相符合;揉切机十字尾盘开度的大小对机内揉切压力的影响并不显著,适当提高揉切压力,有利于叶细胞的破损。

Measurement and Analysis of Rolling-Cutting Pressure for Broken Black Tea |

Abstract: | A wire strain gauge method was utilized for measuring the pressure on the vans of Rotovane. As the elastic element, the phosphor bronze membrane showed the effect of water resisting, well used under the damp condition when tea juice was squeezed. The results measured showed: (1) Amplitude variation of pressure in the axial direction was greater.The maximum average value of axial pressure was 3.3×10~4 Pa, and that of radial pressure was 8×10~3 Pa. (2) The values of pressure measured provided scientific basis for reasonable selection of motor power. The calculated value of motor power was of well agreement with the practically measured value. (3) There was almost no effect shown on the rolling pressure as a result of iris opens different. Increasing rolling pressure properly was of benefit to distort the cell of the leaf. |
