绿色螯合剂不同复配方式对菜地土壤Cd、As间作修复效果的影响

摘    要:笔者进行单作、间作条件下伴矿景天(Sedum plumbizincicola)Cd、As浓度对比,并在此基础上施加不同复配方式的绿色螯合剂,分析其对豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)的生长情况以及对Cd、As富集能力的影响。结果表明:不施加绿色螯合剂条件下,与豌豆间作后伴矿景天地上部对Cd、As的吸收显著增加;IDS-TA、PASP-TA能同时增加伴矿景天Cd、As浓度,Cd浓度分别提高了6.60倍、2.93倍,As浓度分别提高2.34倍、1.27倍,IDS-TA能同时降低豌豆植株Cd、As浓度;除IDS-MA外,其余处理组均不同程度的同时增加土壤Cd、As有效态,其中以IDS-TA处理组Cd、As有效态增加率最高。依据研究结果,IDS-TA可在不影响豌豆正常生长和不增加豌豆Cd、As浓度情况下,对伴矿景天植物修复Cd、As起到强化作用,可为珠三角污染菜地土壤Cd、As植物修复的活化剂提供理论依据。

Abstract:The authors compared the concentrations of Cd and As of Sedum plumbizincicola under the condition of singlecropping and intercropping, and analyzed the effects of applying different green chelator complexes on the growth of Pisum sativum L. and the enrichment capacity to Cd and As. The results showed that: without applying green chelators, the absorption of Cd and As in the aboveground of Sedum plumbizincicola after intercropping with Pisum sativum L. increased significantly; IDS-TA and PASP-TA increased the concentration of Cd 6.60 and 2.93 times, and increased the concentration of As 2.34 and 1.27 times in the shoots of Sedum plumbizincicola, respectively; IDS-TA decreased the concentration of Cd and As in Pisum sativum L; all green chelator complexes increased available Cd and As except IDS-MA, and the increase rate of available Cd and As of soil treated by IDS-TA were the highest. The results suggest that IDS-TA can enhance phytoremediation of Cd and As contaminated soil without having a negative impact on the growth and security of Pisum sativum L., which can provide a theoretical basis for activator of phytoremediation of Cd and As contaminated vegetable field in the Pearl River Delta.
