摘    要:研究不同滴灌带埋设深度对紫花苜蓿金皇后(Medicago sativa L. cv. Golden Empress)的株高、茎粗、分枝数、根系和产量等指标的影响,以期为滴灌在人工牧草种植应用提供理论依据.结果表明:株高和茎粗两指标,在分枝期,埋深10 cm显著高于其它处理(P<0.05);开花期以后,埋深30 cm显著高于其它处理(P<0.05);不同埋深处理分枝数差异不显著;分枝期埋深10 cm产量最高,开花期以后埋深为20和30 cm产量逐渐提高甚至超出10cm滴灌处理;不同埋设深度对主根生长影响不大,但每个滴灌带埋深处的侧根密度增加.

Abstract:In order to provide theoretical basis to the forage planting with drip irrigation,the effect of burying depth of drip irrigation system was studied on the growth characteristics,including plant height,root collar diameter,branch number per plant,main root length,weight density and yield,of Medicago sativa L.cv.Golden Empress.The results show that plant height and root collar diameter under the 10 cm burying depth treatment was significantly higher than those under other treatments in branching stage(P<0.05),while in flowering stage,the 30 cm depth treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments(P<0.05).No significant effect of burying depth on the number of branches was detected.During branching stage,the 10 cm burying depth treatment had the highest yield,however the yield under 20 cm and 30 cm burying depth treatments were increased step by step and even exceeded the 10 cm treatment since the flowering stage.There was no significant effect of burying depth on the growth of main root,but the lateral root density increased at each burying depth of drip tape.
