拖拉机进气系统的匹配设计与典型应用

摘    要:农用柴油机长时间工作在高转矩、高机械负荷和热负荷、高浮尘的恶劣环境下,85%以上的发动机有早期磨损、油耗高、无力等故障,绝大多数情况下这些故障与进气系统的设计有关。立足于生产实际,通过笔者多年从事发动机进气系统配套、设计的经验总结,简述了农用柴油机进气系统配套、设计的一般原则和方法,并配以典型应用实例,供广大农机设计工作者和用户参考。

Abstract:The agricultural diesel engine worked for long time in bad environment of high torque,high mechanical load and thermal load,high dust,and more than 85% of the engine had fault,such as early wear,fuel consumption high,unable to work,and the vast majority of above cases were related to air intake system design.Based on the actual production,through the author′s experiences for many years engaging in engine air intake system supporting and designing,the agricultural diesel engine intake system supporting,design principles and methods,and matched typical examples of application were described,in order to providing reference for the agricultural machinery design professionals and user.
