| 摘 要： | 水土流失是我国的头号环境问题,笔者从开展水土保持知识宣传,改革创新水土保持方案编制工作,落实水土保持监测,完善立法和执法监督,加大投资力度和鼓励政策,加强水土保持工作研究,与传统水土保持工作有机结合,促进科技进步,扩大国际交流等方面,论述新时期的水土保持工作,并提出建议.
