摘    要:
文章运用水流失率、水土流失率来考查城市降水水流失率和水土流失率,并对北京、伦敦的城市森林和阿南长江流域山区水土保持林的水流失率进行了比较,得出运用水流失率、水土流失率是考查城市森林水土流失较好的指标。

Abstract:
Conservation of water and soil is one of the most important performances in forest ecological benefit. Erosion modulus of soil and water has always been used for the conservation effectiveness of water and soil but it is a confusion concept. A new index to the water and soil erosion and has been calculated in the paper. It not only considers the soil lose rate and water loses rate but also does lose rate of soil and water.
