| 摘 要： | 新媒体时代语境对高校图书馆馆员提出了更高的新要求：摒弃传统的单一观念,树立新型的多元服务型观念;掌握必要的网络信息技术能力和外语基本能力;在信息和读者之间搭建桥梁,扮演好信息的过滤者和监督者的角色;深入目标读者群体,做好实地调研工作等。新要求对于他们是一种新的挑战,但在更大程度上对于他们是一种鞭策,对我国图书馆事业的持续发展将会起到重要的推动作用。

| Abstract: | New requirements have been for raised ahead of librarians working in universities under the background featured by new media ,the requirements are stated in the following context: librarians are advised to get rid of the traditional and old mind-set concept so as to set up a new and multi-faceted service one; to master basic skills in abilities in terms of network information technology and foreign language, to build a bridge between targeted readership and information sharing; as well as to make an in-depth fieldwork to analyze the actual and specific demands of readers when possible. All in all, those aforementioned new requirements are a challenge for them, however, they are an encouraging force for them to a larger extent. This will play a vitally important role in pushing forward the sustainable development of the cause of library in China. |
