Abstract: | Radial immunodiffusion tests employing swine IgG monospecific antiserum have permitted the determination of the IgG concentration in the serum and large intestine of healthy and dysenteric 12 week old boars. Specific and significant increases in IgG were observed in serum and colon during the acute from of the disease, but in the cecum only, during the subacute phase of the disease. |
