| 摘 要： | 为研究新疆伊犁州昭苏垦区马铃薯不同栽培条件下干物质积累规律,指导马铃薯生产实践,采用两因素(覆膜、密度)随机区组设计,于马铃薯不同生育期取样,测定各器官干物质积累量。结果表明:覆膜栽培可使马铃薯生育期提前,干物质积累显著高于露地栽培,各器官在不同栽培模式下干物质积累趋势基本相同。不同处理下干物质在各器官中的分配,随生长中心的转移而发生变化。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the characteristics of dry matter accumulation and distribution in different cultivation were studied to direct the industrial production of potato in the reclamation region of Zhaosu.The two factors of exercise at three levels orthogonal design were used,and the dry matter of different plant organs were measured in different growth stage of potato.The results showed that the days of growth under plastic mulching were longer than those under open field culture.The dry matter accumulation in whole plant under plastic mulching were higher than that in open field culture.The distribution of dry matter in leaves,stems,and tubers were different in various stages. |
