中文摘要:为了研究不同砧木对线辣椒品种果实产量和品质的影响,以‘野立姆’‘格拉夫特’‘部野丁’‘富根卫士’4个半野生辣椒品种作砧木,选用线辣椒品种‘辛香8号’和‘多娇’为接穗,以‘辛香8号’和‘多娇’的自根苗作为对照,进行嫁接试验。结果表明:(1)‘辛香8号’与‘格拉夫特’‘部野丁’的嫁接处理(TX2、TX3)显著地提高了线辣椒果实产量,‘多娇’与‘格拉夫特’的嫁接处理(TD2)表现出比较明显的增产趋势,但未达到显著水平。(2)在果形方面,除砧木‘富根卫士’外,其他砧木嫁接在2个品种上均表现出辣椒果实变大的趋势,砧木‘部野丁’处理(TX3)的果长、果径显著高于对照,分别比对照增加21.73%和14.81%,砧木‘野立姆’与‘多娇’处理(TD1)和‘格拉夫特’与‘多娇’处理(TD2)的果长、果径、果形指数、果肉厚及胎座宽均高于对照(CK2),其中果形指数、果肉厚与对照差异达到显著水平。(3)在营养品质方面,以‘辛香8号’为接穗的4个处理中,果实干物质质量分数均高于对照(CK1),且TX1、TX2、TX3与对照的差异均达到显著水平,以‘多娇’为接穗的4个处理中, TD1、TD2和TD3的果实干物质高于对照(CK2),且TD3与CK2的差异达到显著水平;在可溶性糖质量分数方面,TX1、TX2、TX3处理均显著高于CK1,以‘多娇’为接穗的4个处理中, TD1、TD2、TD3的果实可溶性糖质量分数高于CK2,且TD3与CK2的差异达到显著水平;在果实可溶性蛋白质量分数方面,TX2、TX3显著高于CK1,以‘多娇’为接穗的4个处理中,TD3的质量分数显著高于CK2;在以‘辛香8号’为接穗的各处理中,唯有TX4处理显著降低维生素C质量分数,其他处理与对照之间差异不显著,在以‘多娇’为接穗的各处理中,TD1、TD2、TD4质量分数均显著地低于CK2。(4)在所选择的4个嫁接砧木中,‘野立姆’在2个品种上均表现出提高辣椒素类物质质量分数的趋势,但未达到显著水平,其他砧木均表现出降低辣椒素类物质质量分数的趋势,且TX3、TX4,TD2、TD3、TD4的下降达到显著水平。

Grafting on Yield and Quality of Xianlajiao chili pepper Fruit
Abstract:In order to study the effect of different rootstocks on yield and quality of Xianlajiao chili pepper fruit,the grafting experiment was conducted in the paper.The 4 semi-wild varieties of wild pepper,including ‘Yelimu’‘Gelafute’‘Buyeding’ and ‘Fugenweishi’,were chosen as rootstocks,2 Xianlajiao chili pepper varieties of ‘Xinxiang No.8’ and ‘Duojiao’ were chosen as scions,the seedling of ‘Xinxiang No.8’ and ‘Duojiao’ used as CK1 and CK2. The results showed that:(1) TX2(‘Xinxiang No.8’/‘Gelafute’) and TX3(‘Xinxiang No.8’/‘Buyeding’) significantly increased the yield of red fruit,and TD2(‘Duojiao’ /‘Gelafute’) showed a relatively obvious increase in yield,but was not at significant level.(2)In the fruit shape,except for ‘Fugenweishi’,other rootstocks showed a tendency to increase fruit in both chili varieties.The fruit length and fruit diameter of TX3 were significantly higher than CK1,which increased by 21.73% and 14.81% respectively.The results of TD1(‘Duojiao’ /‘Yelimu’) and TD2 were higher than CK2 in fruit length,fruit size,fruit shape index,pulp thickness,and fetal width,the fruit shape index and pulp thickness reached a significant level.(3) The dry matter mass fraction of the four treatments(TX1,TX2,TX3 and TX4) was higher than CK1,and the TX1(‘Xinxiang No.8’/‘Yelimu’),TX2 and TX3 reached a significant level. The dry matter mass fraction of TD1,TD2 and TD3(‘Duojiao’ /‘Buyeding’) were higher than CK2,and TD3 was significantly higher.In terms of soluble sugar mass fraction,TX1,TX2 and TX3 were all significantly higher than CK1.The soluble sugar mass fraction of TD1,TD2and TD3 was higher than CK2,and TD3 was at a significant level.In the soluble protein mass fraction of fruit,TX2 and TX3 were significantly higher than CK1 and TD3 significantly higher than CK2.In terms of vitamine C mass fraction,TX4(‘Xinxiang No.8’/‘Fugenweishi’) was significantly lower than CK1,the TD1,TD2 and TD4(‘Duojiao’ /‘Fugenweishi’) were significantly lower than CK2.(4) In four grafting rootstocks,‘Yelimu’ showed a tendency to increase the mass fraction of capsaicin,but it did not reach a significant level,and other rootstocks showed a tendency to lower the mass fraction of capsaicin.The decrease of capsaicin mass fraction in TX3,TX4,TD2,TD3 and TD4 was significant.
