摘    要:通过对沼液稳定体系的特征性判别以及处理条件正交试验的筛选,实现了既提高过膜通量,又保证了较高营养物保留率的目的。得出结论:1)沼液不是典型单一的胶体或乳状液体系,仅调节pH值对于改善其过膜性能影响不大;2)经药剂处理后,沼液的过膜通量相比原液有不同程度提高,最高可达2377.97%;3)经药剂处理后,沼液中的氨基酸有不同程度的损失,最高可保留65.53%;4)综合考虑过膜通量及氨基酸保留率的最优处理条件为pH=7.5,药剂为FeCl3·6H2O,投加量为0.005 mol·L-1

Abstract:High value utilization of biogas slurry through membrane concentration has become a focus of research,but insufficient understanding of its stable characteristics and pollution to membrane is the main hindrance to its further promotion.In this study,the purposes were to increase the membrane flux and to ensure a high nutrients retention rate of biogas slurry through identification of its stable system and treatment conditions screened by orthogonal test.The results were that:1)Biogas slurry was not a typical single colloidal or emulsion liquid system,and single regulation of only its pH value had little effect on improving its stable characteristics;2)After treatment,the membrane flux of the biogas slurry increased by as high as 2,377.97%;3)There was a loss of amino acids in biogas slurry with the maximum retention rate being 65.53%;4)Based on the test results of the membrane flux and the amino acid retention rate of the biogas slurry,the optimal treatment conditions for improving its viscosity were pH=7.5,and FeCl3·6 H2O at a dose of 0.005 mol·L-1.
