| 摘 要： | 本研究从江苏省某猪场患有明显呼吸道临床症状和高热死亡的仔猪肺脏组织中分离到一株病毒,经病毒生物学特性测定、血清学试验、病毒基因鉴定,确定为美洲型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)。人工猪体感染发病试验表明,该分离株可以引起商品仔猪出现明显临床症状和死亡,证实我国已经出现临床高致病性PRRSV毒株。

| Abstract: | One strain of virus was isolated from lung tissue of piglets died of obvious respiratory syndrome and high fever on a farm of Jiangsu province. The sensitivity of the virus to pH and temperature was determined. It was identified as a strain of American type PRRSV by serological test and gene sequencing. The result of animal test showed that the virus could cause apparent clinical syndrome and death of commercial piglets. This study confirmed the presence of very highly pathogenic PRRSV in China. |
