鸡新城疫、减蛋综合征、传染性支气管炎三联油佐剂灭活苗的研究Ⅰ、三联灭活苗对鸡免疫试验

用新城疫病毒克隆７９株，减蛋综合征病毒ＮＥ＿４株和传染性支气管炎病毒Ｍ＿（４１）株分别接种于鸡胚和鸭胚，并收取其鸡、鸭胚尿囊液毒，经甲醛灭活，按一定比例配比，以矿物油为佐剂制成三联油佐剂灭活苗。本苗接种于产蛋后备鸡，免疫后７天产生免疫应答，免疫后３０天保护率达９０％～１００％，免疫后六个月攻毒，ＮＤ和ＩＢ保护宰为１００％，ＥＤＳ＿（７６）为９５％。１９９２～１９９４上半年，本苗在江苏、安徽、山东等省的一些鸡场免疫十万余只鸡，均获得满意效果。

Newcastle disease virus(NDV )clone 79 strain(N_(7egg drop syndrome 1976 virus (EDS_(76)V)NE_4strain and infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)M_41 strain were propagated through embryonating chick egg andembryonating duck egg. The amnioallantoic fluid was, harvested and inactivated by formalin. Trivalent oil emulsionvaccines were developed by mixing the three kind of inactivaled antigens with light mineral oil adjuvant in a properproportion, The immune response of laying hens vaccinated with the trivalent vaccines can be detected by 7 daysafter vaccination. Some of the birds were challenged with virulent IBV, NDV and EDS_(76)V by six months after vaccination with the following results: The protect rates against NDV and IBV were 100%and EDS_(76) was 95%.More than one hundred thousands laying hens received the trivalent oil emuision vaccines in some poultry farms ofJiangsu. Anhui and Shandong provinces from 1992 to the first half year of 1994 and a good protect result wasachieved.
