| 摘 要： | 根据试管 2倍稀释法测定的单诺沙星及氯霉素对鸡大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度 ,对实验性大肠杆菌病鸡进行内服给药 (每隔 12h给药 1次 ,连续 3d)治疗试验。结果表明 ,单诺沙星及氯霉素对鸡大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别是 0 0 5及 1 6mg/L。单诺沙星以 5mg/kg、氯霉素以40mg/kg的剂量给鸡内服后 ,对大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为 87 5%及 55 0 %。

| Abstract: | Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of danofloxacin and chloramphenicol were determined in vitro for Escherichia coli by two fold dilution method .The treatment test on experimental colibacillosis of chicken were performed with danofloxacin(5 mg/kg)and chloramphenicol(40 mg/kg)by oral administration twice daily for 3 successive days.The results showed that the MICs of danofloxacin and chloramphenicol were 0 05 and 1 6 mg/L for E.coli,respectively.The curative rates of the drugs against colibacillosis were 87 5% and 55 5%,respectively. |
