| 摘 要： | 为了解我国健康猪群中猪博卡病毒(PBoV)的感染状况,从屠宰场内采集猪淋巴结、脾脏和扁桃体等组织,分别采用套式PCR进行猪博卡病毒1型和2型的检测。结果表明,28份样品中有2份样品用猪博卡病毒2型引物可扩增出439 bp的特异性条带;结构蛋白VP1基因序列分析表明,这2份样品均为猪博卡病毒2型感染,且其VP1序列与猪博卡病毒参考株HM053694的同源性最高,分别达93.8%和93.3%,同属PBoV1/PBoV2进化分支;而与另一个猪博卡病毒V6/V7进化分支的同源性仅为35.1%～39.2%,距离较远。 |

| Abstract: | Lymphoid organ,spleen and tonsil from pigs in a slaughter farm were collected for detection of bocavirus by nested RT-PCR.The result showed that two were infected with porcine bocavirus type 2(PBoV2) in 28 samples.The VP1 sequence analysis indicated that the homologies of these two strains were 93.8% and 93.3% with porcine bocavirus strain HM053694 in V1/V2 cluster,but 35.1%~39.2% with V6/V7 cluster,which indicates a close relationship with PBoV1/PBoV2 subgroup. |
