安定和鹿安宁对应激梅花鹿某些血液指标的影响

将 30头试验鹿随机分为 3组 ,Ⅰ组为对照组 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组 ,分别在日粮中添加 5 0mg/kg安定和 10 0IU/kg鹿安宁。观测保定—锯茸应激状态下 ,梅花鹿血液白细胞的数量和组成、血浆总糖皮质激素、皮质醇浓度及淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体含量的变化。结果表明 ,安定和鹿安宁均可显著提高应激鹿血液白细胞总数 (P <0 0 1) ,鹿安宁可使之趋于正常 (P >0 0 5 ) ;安定和鹿安宁均可显著提高应激鹿血液中淋巴细胞百分率 (P <0 0 1) ,降低N/L值 (P <0 0 1)。安定和鹿安宁可显著降低应激鹿血浆总糖皮质激素、皮质醇浓度 ,提高应激鹿血液淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体含量 (P <0 0 1)。综合比较 ,鹿安宁的作用效果较安定好

Effect of An-ding and Lu-an-ning on Blood Index and Sika Deer under Stress

Thirty sika stags were randomly divided into 3 groups. Animals in group I were fed a basal diet (control). Animals in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5.0 mg An ding and 10 IU Lu an ning per kilogram of feed. Some blood indexes were determined during antler harvest. The total white blood cell (WBC) number was significantly increased by the supplementation ( P <0.01), with the WBC number of animals in group Ⅲ reaching the normal level. The percentage of lymphocyte in stressed deer was significantly increased and the ratio of N/L was significantly reduced ( P <0.01). The levels of glucocorticoid, cortisol and glucocorticoid receptor in the blood of streesed deer were increased by the supplementations. In general, the effect of Lu an ning is better compared with An ding.
