| 摘 要： | 鹿茸多糖(PAPS)作为鹿茸的主要活性成分,具有增强机体免疫能力、肝损伤保护及抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。文中就近年来鹿茸多糖提取、纯化、结构鉴定、药理活性等方面进行综述,为合理开发鹿茸多糖产品奠定文献基础。 |

| Abstract: | Polysaccharides of Spotted-deer(PAPS) is the major active ingredient of antler,which has the ability of enhancing body immunity,protecting liver damage,and anti-tumors,etc.The present paper reviewed the extract methods,purification,structural identification,and pharmacological effects,which are the literatures basis for developing much more products of antler polysaccharides. |
