| 摘 要： | 论述了鸸鹋肉、油、血、蛋的营养价值;介绍了鸸鹋油的抗炎止痛、助渗透、促进创面愈合的药用价值及其保湿、抗氧化、防紫外线等护肤功能;探讨了鸸鹋作为一种新型食品、新型日用化工与医药原料的开发利用和广阔前景。

| Abstract: | The research gives an exact analysis of nutritive value of the meat,oil,egg and blood of emu.The emu oil has the pharmacologic action of anti-inflammatory and acesodyne,penetration aid and wound healing.The oil is also helpful for moisture keeping,antioxidation and anti-ultraviolet radiation in cosmetics.The future of development and utilization of the emu meat,blood,egg and oil as kinds of new food and raw materials of chemical industry and medicines is discussed. |
