麻雀消化道在繁殖期间形态变化及适应意义

摘    要:对20只繁殖期前和20只繁殖期麻雀进行体尺测量和消化道各组织器官长度及重量测定,观察其胃、小肠、大肠在繁殖期前和繁殖期的长度、鲜重及干重变化情况。试验结果表明:繁殖期麻雀与繁殖期前相比,麻雀胃的长度、含内容物重、不含内容物重分别增加了12.66%、10.42%和4.76%,差异极显著(P<0.01);干重比繁殖期前增加了8.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。小肠的长度、含内容物重、不含内容物重、干重分别增加了9.43%、68.18%、75.00%和83.33%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。大肠长度增加了2.48%,差异不显著(P>0.05);含内容物重、不含内容物重分别增加了23.53%和47.62%,差异极显著(P<0.01);干重增加了16.67%,差异显著(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Body sizes of 20 tree sparrows(Passer montanus) during reproductive and before reproductive period were measured,the length and weight of each tissue and organ in digestive tract were determined,and changes of stomach,small intestine,large intestine’s length,fresh weight and dry weight were observed.The results showed that: the length of stomach,the weight of stomach content,the weight except stomach content in sparrow during reproductive and before reproductive period were increased 12.66%,10.42% and 4.76% respectively,the difference was highly significant(P〈0.01).Dry weight of stomach was increased 8.33% compared with before reproductive period,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The length of small intestine,the weight of small intestine content, the weight except small intestine content and dry weight of small intestine were increased 9.43%,68.18%,75.00% and 83.33% respectively,the difference was highly significant(P〈0.01).The length of large intestine increased 2.48%,the difference was not significant(P〉0.05).The weight of large intestine,the weight except large intestine were increased 23.53% and 47.62%,the difference was highly significant(P〈0.01).Dry weight of large intestine was increased 16.67%,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).
