| 摘 要： | 高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测牛奶中氯霉素的残留量,采用乙酸乙酯提取牛奶中残留的氯霉素,用正己烷-氯仿(1+1,VI V)溶解残渣,以乙腈-0.005 mol/L磷酸氢二铵(18+82,VIV)作为流动相,用高效液相色谱仪紫外检测器在278nm检测.平均回收率94.8%,变异系数＜12.0%.该方法灵敏度高,操作简便,检测结果准确可靠.

| Abstract: | It was described the method for isolating and determinating chloramphenicol residues in milk. Chloram-phenicol in milk samples was extracted by ethyl acetate, and the extracts were purified with a mixture of chloro-form-hexane(1+1, V/V). Chloramphenicol was quantified by high performmmance liquid chromatography (HPLC)on silica coated column type C18 with UV detection at 278 nm, and with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.005mol/L ammonium hydrogen phosphate(18+82, V/V). The results showed that the average recovery was 94.76%,and average coefficient of variation was less than 12.0%. |
