维氏气单胞菌RCR快速检测方法的建立及初步应用

摘    要:以维氏气单胞菌的核酸酶基因为靶基因建立了PCR快速检测方法。实验证明该方法具有良好的特异性与敏感性,对维氏气单胞菌基因组DNA的最低检测浓度为1.58×10-4ng;在人工模拟试验的30份样品中:使用PCR检测方法的样本检出率达到了86.7%(26/30),高于细菌分离培养的检出率73.3%(22/30)。该方法的建立为维氏气单胞菌的快速检测提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Rapid Detection Method by PCR for Aeromonas Veronii was established by nuclease gene regarded as the target gene in this study. The results showed that the method had good specificity and sensitivity and the minimum detectable concentration to A.veronii was 1.58 ? 10-4 ng. Trials of artificial simulated pollution showed that the detectable rate of this method reached 86.7% and it was higher than the rate of 73.3% by bacteria cultivation. The establishment of the method provides a new way for rapidly detecting A.veronii..
