摘    要:黄酮类化合物白杨素具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌和抗菌等多种药理活性,但因其不溶于水,生物利用度低等原因而无法成药。自上世纪八十年代以来,大量学者合成了多种白杨素衍生物, 以期筛选出能够用于临床的药物。由于已合成的白杨素衍生物数量众多,且其相关药理活性众多,本文将针对具有抗氧化和抗炎活性的白杨素衍生物进行综述,以期为白杨素衍生物在新兽药研发中的应用提供信息支持。

The Review of Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Chrysin Derivatives
Abstract:Chrysin, one kind of flavonoids, has many pharmacological activities, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and antibacterial, but it cannot be made into medicine because it is insoluble in water and low bioavailability. Since the 1980s, a large number of scholars have synthesized a variety of Chrysin derivatives in order to screen drugs that can be used in clinic. Due to the large number of synthesized chrysin derivatives and many related pharmacological activities, only chrysin derivatives with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities will be reviewed in this paper in order to providing information support for the application of chrysin derivatives in veterinary drug research and development.
