| 摘 要： | 介绍了测量不确定度的一般评定方法。以HPLC法测定猪肉中磺胺间甲氧嘧啶残留量为例，分析了影响猪肉中磺胺间甲氧嘧啶残留量测量不确定度的因素，包括测量过程中测量重复性、校准过程、天平、体积等因素，计算得出本实验测定结果的扩展不确定度为0．0164mg／kg。

| Abstract: | General rule and method for the evaluation of uncertainty were reviewed. Its application and influence factors were described in the determination of sulfachinoxalin residues in pork. Results showed that uncertainty in the test was 0.016 4 mg/kg. |
