不同剂型五苓散对磺胺氯丙嗪钠解毒功效的研究

为探究不同剂型的五苓散对磺胺氯丙嗪钠引起肾中毒的解毒功效,分别用五苓散的散剂、煎剂和可溶性粉对磺胺氯丙嗪钠中毒的小鼠进行治疗。通过观察其泌尿系统器官的组织学形态变化,以及测定治疗前后的小白鼠血清中尿素氮和肌酐的含量。结果表明:三种剂型的五苓散饲喂肾中毒小鼠3 d后,组织形态观察小鼠的肾小管上皮、输尿管、膀胱黏膜、尿道肌层等泌尿系统的组织病变均消失;血清中尿素氮和肌酐含量显著下降(P0.05),并且各剂型间无显著差异,结果提示在生产中五苓散剂型的选择可依不同动物的用药习惯而定。

The research of different dosage forms of Wuling powder on the detoxification function of sulfachloropyrazine sodium

To explore detoxifying function of different dosage forms of Wuling powder on the sulfachloropyrazine sodium, the mice were treated with the different dosage forms: powder, extracts and freeze-dried powder of Wuling powder. Through the determination of urea nitrogen and creatinine levels in the serum and the histological observation of organs in the mice urinary system, we found that Wuling powder can make the pathological changes caused by sulfachloropyrazine sodium repaired. The three dosage forms of Wuling powder had no significant difference in detoxification effects on sulfachloropyrazine sodium.
