摘    要:建立了-种固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(SPE—UPLC—MS/MS)快速测定猪尿中苯乙醇胺A的方法。猪尿样品以莱克多巴胺-D,为内标,尿液经酸化后离心,上清液经OasisMCX固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。苯乙醇胺A监测离子为m/z345〉150和m/z 345〉327。结果表明在0.2~5μg/L范围内苯乙醇胺A呈良好的线性关系,高中低浓度绝对回收率在80—110%,精密度小于15%,最低定量限0.2μg/L。本方法快速、简便,适于猪尿中苯乙醇胺A的残留测定。

Abstract:A SPE-UPLC-MS/MS method was developed and established to rapidly determine phenylethanolamine A in pig urine. The urine sample was acidified and centrifuged, and the supernatant was cleaned up by Oasis MCX. UPLC-MS/MS was implemented to detect phenylethanolamine A by m/z 345>150 and m/z 345>327. The results illustrated that good linearity in the ranges of 0.2~5 mg/L for phenylethanolamine A. The absolute recoveries were between 80 % and 110 %, and precision was lower than 15 %. The limit of quantitative detection was 0.2 mg/L. The method was simple and rapid, and it was suitable to detect phenylethanolamine A residual in pig urine samples.
