摘    要:选择低聚糖类辅料A并利用喷雾干燥法制备氟苯尼考可溶性粉.取氟苯尼考100 g,辅料A 900 g,喷雾干燥制成规格为50 g∶ 5 g的氟苯尼考粉剂.喷雾干燥得到的可溶性粉的溶出速率和溶出百分率明显高于物混物,其溶出率为99.05%,分别是氟苯尼考原料干燥品(溶出率30.34%)和氟苯尼考原粉(溶出率2.35%)的3.26倍和42.15倍,使氟苯尼考的水溶性大大提高.

Abstract:Florfenicol soluble powder was made with 100 grams florfenicol and 900 grams accessory material (a kind of oligosaccharides) by spray-drying. The dissolution rate and solubility of the product were better than those of raw florfenicol and the physical mixture. The dissolution of the former was 99.05% while the latter were (2.35% )and 30.34% respectively. The solubility of florfenicol is improved remarkably.
