| Abstract: | Immune colloidal gold technique has more virtues and purpose than immunofluorescence, immuno-(enzyme) and immunoprotein technology. This review summarized the research development of the immune colloidal gold (technique), principle, advantages and application. The prospects of immune colloidal gold technique were discussed in the article. |
