| 摘 要： | 目前,人们对鸡球虫病的防治仍然依赖于抗球虫药的应用,但是大量抗球虫药的使用,使得鸡球虫耐药性的产生已成为无法避免的问题.笔者综述了鸡球虫耐药性的主要特点、耐药性的检测方法、球虫耐药性虫株的诱导、球虫耐药性的产生机理等方面的研究进展.

| Abstract: | To update, prevention of chicken coccidiosis still relies on the uncontrolled use of coccidiostats. However, most of the drugs available on the market have been used over long time, resulting into drug-resistance. This review focuses on the main characteristics, methods of assay, how to use drugs inducing resistance in various coccidia strains and the mechanisms of drug resistance. |
