人工模拟抗体及其在兽药残留检测中的应用研究

摘    要:主要介绍了人工模拟抗体在兽药残留检测中的应用及其进展。人工模拟抗体就是通过分子印迹技术制备的对目标分子具有特异性识别能力的高分子聚合体(又称分子印迹聚合物膜)。人工模拟抗体制备简单,性质稳定,能在恶劣的环境下保持活性,价格低廉,与生物抗体比较具有显著的优势。在取代生物抗体作为分子识别元件,检测小分子化合物(药物)方面已取得许多令人兴奋的突破。

Abstract:Artificial antibody is a special molecular recognition element to the target molecule which is synthesized by molecular imprinting technology.For its keeping activity in harsh environment,simpler preparation procedure,more stable character and lower cost compared to bio-antibody.Artificial antibodies were used as molecule recognition element in rapid determination of veterinary residues frequently.This paper reviewed briefly the application and progress of artificial antibody in rapid determination of veterinary in the present article.
