液相色谱法测定猪鸡可食性组织中四环素类残留量的不确定度评估

对猪鸡可食性组织中的四种四环素类药物残留量测定方法的不确定度进行评估,对影响四环素类药物残留量测定不确定度的因素,包括标准溶液、称样量、体积、色谱峰面积、浓缩过程及回收率等进行分析,通过计算各不确定度分量及合成标准不确定度,得出四种四环素类药物的扩展不确定度在3.5～5.5 ng/g范围内。由各因素对合成不确定度的贡献比分析可知,影响较大的因素为标准品纯度及回收率。

Evaluation on uncertainty of measurement in the determination of Four kinds of Tetracyclines in Meat by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Evaluation on uncertainty of measurement in the determination of four kinds of tetracyclines in meat and chicken by HPLC was practiced in this paper.The main factors,such as standard solution,sample weight,volume,chromatographic peak area,enrichment process and recovery,were analyzed.The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various components.The expanded uncertainty of four kinds of tetracyclines is in range of 3.5～5.5 ng/g.According to the contribution of all components,the key ones that affect the combined uncertainty are standards purity and the recovery.
