| 摘 要： | 采用原代鸡胚成纤维细胞和继代鸡胚成纤维细胞,生产了鸡传染性法氏囊细胞苗,效价(TCID50/mL)无明显差异.采用继代鸡胚成纤维细胞生产鸡传染性法氏囊细胞苗,减少种蛋消耗,降低劳动强度,增加产量,降低生产成本.

| Abstract: | The chicken infection bursal disease vaccines were produced with original and stepra chicken embryo fibroblast - like cells respectively, and the titer of them were same. The quantity of SPE egg used up reduces, the output of the vaccine increases and the cost of production reduces when chicken infection bursal disease vaccine is produced with stepra chicken embryo fibroblast- like cells. |
