| 摘 要： | 为了有效控制兔大肠杆菌病,开展了溶菌酶临床治疗研究。用溶菌酶对160例经实验室确诊为大肠杆菌病的病兔进行临床治疗对比试验,按患兔症状轻重均匀搭配分为4组,每组40只,溶菌酶组拌料饲喂,4 d为一疗程,与丁胺卡那霉素、氨苄青霉素、氟哌酸组进行疗效比较试验,结果治疗有效率达95%以上,比对照组的治愈率平均高50个百分点。试验表明溶菌酶疗效显著,为治疗兔大肠杆菌病提供了科学依据,对兽医临床用药具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Lysozyme, an enzyme which could disolve the outmembrame of bacteria selectively is protective for the biosome itself. Rabbit colibacillosis is one kind of enteropatia which could induce the quick outbreak and high mortality within neonatal rabbit. The clinlcal symptom of the disease include water like or jelly like diarrhea so as the died of dehydration. The current study used lysozyme to treat 40 rabbit- colibacillosis, ninety-five percent of rabbits were cured, fifty percent higher than amikacin, norfloxacin and ampicillin averagely. The medicine was applied in many places totally 2 million rabbits successfully. |
