| 摘 要： | 分别用digoxigenin标记的鸡传染性贫血病毒（CAV)和禽网状内皮增生症病毒（REV）核酸探针以及PCR技术对某种鸡场进行检测，检测结果表明，在20个样品中，CAV和REV感染的阳性率分别为10％和5％，这一结果显示，CAV和REV感染是导致该鸡场发生免疫抑制的主要病因之一。 |
