| 摘 要： | 适配体作为传统抗体的替代物,在药物残留检测、临床诊断、靶向治疗等许多领域有广范的应用。适配体与生物传感器检测技术相结合,可研制出一系列适配体传感器。介绍了适配体的概念和优点,适配体传感器的种类,如荧光传感器、电化学传感器、比色传感器、SERS（surface enhanced raman scattering）传感器和SPR（surface plasmon resonance）传感器,以及它们的原理、检测限和应用情况,展望适配体传感器在兽药残留检测和动物疾病诊断等方面的应用前景。
